North Bend Downtown Cottage is located on E Park Street in downtown North Bend. There is a great view of Mount Si from the deck, yard, and kitchen window. Downtown is a short few blocks walk. Out back is a brand new deck with private hot tub. The cottage has been totally updated to present a modern getaway in a classic Pacific Northwest setting. Easy access to all that North Bend has to offer: hiking, biking, Snoqualmie Valley Railway, Snoqualmie Casino, Dirt Fish Driving School, Compass Mountain Bike Tours, outlet mall, breweries, wineries, restaurants, Golf, Skiing, River Rafting, Fishing, movie theater, etc.

The space
North Bend Downtown Cottage is a one story cottage with 1130 square feet of living space. You will have 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant dining and living area. Outside on the back deck is your private hot tub e. All the furniture, appliances and supplies are brand new and selected for your comfort and enjoyment in modern style. There is a fenced front and side yard in front of the cottage.

Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, microwave, oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher. Kitchen small appliances include toaster oven, pop up toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender. Dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, cups, glasses and wine glasses, all types pots and pans.

A few basic Xfinity HD cable tv channels. Access to your Netflix, Hulu, Xfinity on Demand, etc. Internet Wifi is fast--no problem gaming or watching streaming movies. TV is Samsung. We provide classic board games and an X-box. Bars, movie theater, restaurants and shopping are walking distance. We have lived in North Bend for 25 years and provide suggestion guide book.

Guest Access
Door is keyless entry. Park on Ballarat street next to the fence in front of the cottage or in the back driveway by the garage. Enter through the welcome gate and come in via the front entrance.

Wonderful Stay close to many activities!

This is such a hidden gem in a beautiful small town with mountains in every direction and so many cool things to do and see near by! The house is very well appointed and decorated. We had everything we needed and felt quite fancy! The back yard is so cute with the fairy garden and wonderful hot tub! We can’t wait to come back and bring our kids! We will plan to book this for every visit to North Bend and highly recommend you do too!

We are local to North Bend and needed to be out of our house for a few days. The downtown cottage was perfect for us. The owners have truly thought of everything! The house is adorable and the back deck with the fairy garden is so relaxing! For those coming from out of town the central location makes it a perfect spot to relax after your Snoqualmie Valley adventures!

Amazing spot in a great town

We went up for a Christmas trip to go skiing and this spot was perfect. Great location with a really nice kitchen and hot tub! The yard was great to let our pups run around in as well. Rick has a ton of info and was easy to talk with throughout the stay and you can tell spends a lot of time making sure our stay was very pleasant. Would highly recommend this to anyone making a trip out that way.

Lovely home in town of North Bend. About 25 minutes from ski resort. Hot tub was awesome. Only negative was no power due to wind storm. The owner was responsive and came to check on us and provided flashlights. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic home, very close to downtown

We arrived after dark and when we arrived the lights and the heat were on and very inviting. The house is super cute with all of the amenities you would expect. We especially appreciated the Keurig coffee machine, the fenced yard for our dog and the hot tub was a nice bonus feature that we took advantage of. The kitchen is decked out in new retro appliances that are very cool. Our only critique would be that the bed in the second bedroom is really close to the floor and hard to get in and out of easily (probably due to us getting up there in years :) ) Emails and texts from the owner were easy to understand and timely. We have family in the area and will definitely search this home out for our next stay.

North Bay retreat

This was a great place to stay right downtown close to everything. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. My 6 year old daughter was in love with the fairy garden out back. Communication with the owner was fantastic as well. We would highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay

This was super! So peaceful and felt like I was at my own private spa. The property was very clean and inviting and comfortable. Right in the heart of downtown north bend with amazing view of Mt Si. The hot tub was so clean it sparkled. Fresh flower bouquet when I arrived, luxurious towels, chocolates, and VERY comfortable bed. So many thoughtful extras. The yard is securely fenced and great for my dog who also enjoyed his stay. Really beautiful location! Only few blocks from the snoqualmie valley trail and close to so many restaurants. Highly recommend- host was very communicative and welcoming.

We loved all the thoughtful touches and fun decor. We appreciated the unscented or scented soap options. The extra pillows and blankets. The robes and extra towels. Everything sought through down to disposable cups in the bathroom. We loved our time here in plan on returning. We have only two things of note, one is the kitchen carpet smelled bad, the other was over communication on the hot tub. I can appreciate that this might be a pain point but we would’ve followed instruction had it been printed and posted somewhere in the home. We felt the electronic communication was flooded with that and it was difficult to weed through the hot tub information to get to what we needed to enter and exit the home. An absolute joy to stay here I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Getaway

My husband and I took a trip to Seattle, and decided to spend a night and North Bend. I couldn't be happier that we found this gem of a rental. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. The back patio and hot tub were such a treat. The property was also well landscaped, and we enjoyed all of the blooming tulips this time of year. We ventured to Rattlesnake Ledge Trail which was only about a 10 min drive from the property. It was easy walking distanced to many bars and restaurants. I truly hope we get the chance to stay at this property again, and would highly recommend!

This property is just as cute as the pictures. Well decorated and clean. There's a good-sized, smart TV in the living room and in each bedroom. Hotel-quality bedding choices, a few Smeg appliances, and pretty much everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. It was all really well planned and managed. The little fenced-in yard and fence around the deck/backyard were perfect for letting out my sister's tiny dog. The weather wasn't cooperating as far as using the hot tub, but it looked nice and big. There was a cute fairy garden they've put together little kids might think is fun, with wings, tutu skirts, and wands for use in one of the bedrooms. It was a 2-minute walk at most to the main street with restaurants, a few shops, and a popular bakery. That area is small and compact, so you could also walk to coffee shops, a Bartell's, and a QFC nearby. Highly recommend it for a low-key getaway.
