The house was completed in 2010 located in a plot of 22.000 m2 .
the villa is spread over two floors the top floor has a bedroom with his own bathroom with jacuzzi and dressing room and several terraces overlooking the sea and the mountains and spacious living room downstairs comprises three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and several terraces with access to the garden.
The villa has a swiming pool (11x5 )and a swiming pool for children (2 x 1,5), and a big bbq with all facilities in a large porch with a table and chears for 10 people, the villa has a parking for many cars

Great house & property - a lot of equipment and super friendly host! Highly Recommended!!!
We stayed in this house with our family (2 adults, 1 baby (8months) and 1 dog for a total of 2 weeks. The house is very well equipped and was very clean when we moved in. There are many storage options and also a very good equipment for small children. The pool has a perfect size and was clean as well! Silvia and Tomeu were always very helpful and always available - thank you again. The house is a bit out of the way - but in a nice quiet location. You can see the ocean from the property. A car is definitely an advantage at this finca. !! Great house in a quiet location !!

Super schönes Haus
Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Kinder / 7 Erwachsene) in dem Haus Urlaub gemacht. Super schönes Haus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war mehr als Top. Ein großes Kompliment und Dankeschön für die sehr gute Kommunikation. Sehr hilfsbereit , bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage war sehr ruhig , deshalb sind wir viel mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, um an etwas „lebhaftere“ Orte sowie begehbare Strände zu fahren.

Wieder sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war alles da, gepflegte Anlage, toller Pool, super Tischtennisplatte ... Besonders haben uns an den Sonnenaufgängen über dem Meer erfreut, die man von der großen Terrasse aus gut beobachten konnte. Einen klitzekleinen Punktabzug gibt es für die Lage. Das Haus liegt zwar schon mitten im Feld und in einiger Entfernung zu den Hotels von Cales de Mallorca, aber wir wurden abends immer von den lHotelpartys beschallt.

Finca zum Wohlfühlen
Der erste Eindruck als wir angekommen sind war super, sowohl außen, als auch innen. Es war alles da und hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Finka ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für Familien, oder mehrere Personen. Kinderpool ist im Pool integriert. Etwas Kinderspielzeug und ein kleines Spielhaus waren vorhanden. Luftmatratzen lagen schon einsatzbereit für uns im Pool. Sehr gute / bequeme Sonnenliegen am Pool. Outdoor Toilette mit Dusche war praktisch. Im oberen Schlafzimmer hat man Blick auf das Meer. Das kleine Städtchen ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mit Mini Kinderpark und den üblichen Geschäften und Restaurants. Absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen wieder und freuen und jetzt schon drauf.

Ganz tolle und gepflegte Finca
Wir waren zwei Familien mit Jugendlichen. Wir haben alle das Haus geliebt. Es gab richtig viel Platz für alle und alles war richtig sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren sehr komfortabel und gut. Es gab immer eine sehr angenehme Meeresbrise und wir mussten die Klimaanlage kaum benutzen. Wir saßen abends lange in dem großen Garten. Alles tip top. Das einzige, was man wissen muss, ist, dass die Zimmer sehr ungleich geschnitten sind, so, dass das eine Elternpaar eine richtige Suite mit Ankleidezimmer, eigenes Bad en Suite und zwei Terrassen mit wunderschönen Aussicht hat und das andere Elternpaar nur ein normales „Kinderzimmer“ unten, allerdings ist das ein nettes Zimmer mit Poolblick, sehr bequeme Betten und richtig genug Platz für die Kleidung. Auch möchte ich betonen, wie nett und unkompliziert der Vermieter war. Und nochmal ein großes Lob für die Sauberkeit!!! Vielen Dank. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Ottima sistemazione
Villa bella recentemente ristrutturata ampia per due famiglie più che sufficiente dotata di tutti i confort. Bambini contenti soprattutto della piscina Zona esterna ben curata ( forse unica eccezione il barbecue che per lo spazio a disposizione potrebbe essere fatto meglio) Manca una zona dove poter parcheggiare le auto all’ombra. Per il resto nulla da dire ci siamo trovati proprio bene. Ci siamo spostati sempre in macchina per cercare spiaggia attrezzate e servizi. Il paese calles de Mallorca deludente. Ma alla Villa di tomeu ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo !

Prachtige goed gelegen villa met alle voorzieningen
Alles is aanwezig op het grote terrein waarop de villa staat. Een prachtige tuin omzoomt het ruime zwembad, alles tot in de details keurig afgewerkt, het poolhouse waar je kunt barbequen is een waar genoegen. Binnen in de villa is veel ruimte, zijn er voldoende badkamers en er is airco in de slaapkamers. De keuken is ruim, faciliteiten OK. Communicatie met de sympathieke eigenaar was prima. Mooie natuur en strandjes op enkele kilometers afstand, een auto is eigenlijk wel onontbeerlijk. Onze familie vakantie met een baby (kinderbedje etc. beschikbaar) was een hele fijne ervaring, wij kunnen deze villa zonder reserve aanbevelen.

Since around 5 years I am also managing the rental of the holiday houses of my parents. In 2012 I bought together with my wife this house which was almost finished, it took us many years, hard work and a lot of thrill to finish the house.In 2015 once we got all necessary permits we decided to rent it.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the countryside between almond, carob and some fig trees. The fact that the house was not completely finished allowed us to finish it our liking. The house is also in a quiet environment and close to supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and other services
