Two story condo located on the 3rd floor, no elevator in the building
Only a 25 min drive from Liberia International Airport
All the grocery stores, pharmacies, medical assistance, are walking distance from our unit,
No elevator
Monthly Rents does not includes electricity
BEACH CLUB Fee
1) Lounge chairs and access to dressing room: $ 25 per person per day (Including children 12 & older)
2) Cabañas: $ 40 EACH PER DAY (includes access to dressing room and pool, towels are provided)
NOTE: Short-Term Guest fee will be applied towards F&B consumption
