Welcome to The Lookout! This cozy hideaway with whitewater ocean, expansive beach and lighthouse views, and the sounds of crashing surf is located on a quiet oceanfront street in one of the best locations in Nye Beach. We have business-ready Internet and a private 200 square-foot bonus room for our working guests.

At present, we are only able to rent this unit for stays of 30 days or longer. A substantial discount has been provided for longer stays. We know plans can change, and provide penalty-free cancellations if your plans change. Please contact host for details.

The upstairs apartment has a full kitchen, two large screen TV's, workspace and music system, and adirondack chairs and a grill on the deck overlooking the ocean and sand. Watch amazing sunsets while you grill up some fresh Newport seafood.

The gameroom/bedroom downstairs has a 100" projector screen with a high rez projector, stacked laundry equipment and a basketball hoop.

Steps away is an easy path to miles of one of the best, leash-free, sandy beaches on the Oregon Coast.

Light-filled and airy, this quiet, pet-friendly beach retreat is a perfect getaway for your beach vacation. It sleeps up to six, four in the main apartment and two in the gameroom/bedroom downstairs that is accessible via exterior stairs.

Grill on the deck, watch streaming TV on two widescreens or a 100" projector screen, or catch up on emails on the roll-top desk.

It is a 10 minute walk, most of it on a level pedestrian walkway on an oceanfront bluff, to the heart of Nye Beach Village with shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Performing Arts Center and Visual Arts Center are also a close walk away. The Yaquina Head Lighthouse and Visitor Center are at the northern end of the beach. You will need to drive to get there.

The Oregon Coast Aquarium and Hatfield Marine Science Center are a five-minute drive. There are several grocery stores within minutes.

A car is recommended for this location, although once you are here you can park your car and walk to everything you need if you choose.
