Houses and apartments in Spain are often given names. Our apartment called Casa Caracol. Casa means home in Spanish and Caracol means snail. The name should symbolize the harmony is experienced in the apartment with the magnificent and relaxing views over the glistening Mediterranean Sea.

The terrace is accessed from the bedroom and the lounge area and the kitchen has a panoramic window overlooking the vast Mediterranean Sea. You can hear the lapping of the waves while sitting on the terrace ....

You can reach Nerja's largest and most famous beach Burriana beach via a short walk through the area's gardens and waterfalls. Burriana beach is famous for its many charming, authentic Spanish restaurants and bars. The area Capistrano Playa has its own access to the beach which is also the nearest road to the town of Nerja.

The apartment is partially renovated and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and lounge with extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs. The bedroom consists of a comfortable king-size bed with new comfortable mattresses. Linens and towels are of high quality. The apartment is equipped with Flat LCD TV with cable and stereo with iPod dock. The area has security guard around the clock. Our "agent" Isabel is at your disposal throughout your stay.

Capistrano Playa has a new pool areas, located about 50 m from the apartment. There is also a popular restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean. There is a separate children's pool in the area.

In Nerja city center with among others. a balcony of Europe, it is a walk of about 15 minutes. if you prefer to go by car, there is the possibility to park on the street outside. The street is very little traffic as it is unidirectional and is only available to residents in the area.
