Wonderful views. They delight to stay in.

We did have trouble getting into the property, but when we sent a text, they replied immediately. Apparently the battery was dead in the box that opens the door. Luckily they had another method for us to get in.Have already booked for next year as for us, This was a 5 Star Place to stay.

Fabulous space

We loved this lovely condo. First, and most importantly, the views of the beach are absolute perfection. So close to the water with an easy walk, great pool, and less crowded beaches. The condo is very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Beds were clean and comfortable. You will find everything that you need. Some minor cleaning could be improved-- there was a piece of broken glass on the kitchen floor, mold that needed scrubbing around the sink, and a dirty pot put away in the cabinet. The sliding screendoor from the living room to the balcony was very hard to open and close. These were all minor compared to a great stay and the only reason we did not give 5 stars for cleanliness. We would defnitely return.

Great condo!

This was a wonderful condo with a fantastic view of the ocean! The only thing that went wrong during our trip was that the elevator broke on the last day which forced us to carry all our luggage down the scary temporary stairs. I’m thankful that we were on the 2nd floor and not higher.

Great location and super close to water with great view

Great time was had by all…A few minor issues…the dryer takes 2 full cycles to dry clothes so be prepared if you are planning on taking home dry clean clothes. The other minor issue was that the property is under major renovations. We would have liked to be informed of this ahead of time but we still had a good time even with the construction.

We had an amazing 5 days at the beach. The condo was clean and we had a great view of the ocean. Didn't swim in the pool as it isn't being cleaned right now due to construction, I guess. But we didnt' need the pool. Ocean and beach did not disappoint.

The place has great views however wasn’t able to enjoy due to the current construction in the building. The section that is under construction is right next to this apartment so you can hear the loud noise (8am until 6pm Monday through Friday ) even with close doors. The balcony is useless due to the extreme noise and the dust from the construction. It took away the relaxing get away we were looking for our vacation. I was looking forward to be able to drink a cup of coffee sitting in the balcony enjoying the view however it wasn’t possible. Unfortunately the property wasn’t well kept. We found the trash full from previous renters, kitchen appliances were dirty, multiple electric outlets, switches and lights bulbs not working, broken lamp in closet, paint wall in the kitchen is peeling and it looks that it’s from water damage. It was very unprofessional having to take care of other guests trash during our vacation.

Very disappointed

Only reason we stayed there was availability and because it was on the IOP. The condo has dated, filthy furniture. Hall bath had signs it wasn’t cleaned. One bedspread had stained with blood. Sheets may have been cleaned but everything else was nasty. And seriously, for the cost of this rental, you couldn’t provide Kleenex? Phone reception non existent. Big issue. AND the elevators! One was non operational! This was probably the worst rental for the money I have ever spent. And, there was a broken piece of dinnerware in the den area with crusty food/mold we discovered when trying to raise those filthy blinds. Went to get an extra blanket and OMG, the dust. Shameful

Already booked it again for next summer!

My husband, twin boys (6 years), mother, and I spent an unforgettable time at Seascape Villas in Wild Dunes. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, all beds were very comfy, and the view of the ocean was amazing. We loved having such close access to both a beach and a pool, which made it easy to accommodate the twins’ different preferences! There were always other families with children eager to play with my children, so I was ACTUALLY able to relax! I have no complaints about the room whatsoever. The poolside was infested with red ants, which made being comfortable difficult at times. There were also a hive of hornets in the bushes, below our (second level) balcony, which seemed to make an appearance every other day. The size of the balcony is unexpectedly big and was a particularly enjoyable place to sit and watch thunderstorms. Beware there are jellyfish in the ocean in August, as several people in our building got stung, including my husband; be sure to have a stock of vinegar! (Jellyfish were another reason we were so grateful to have the pool available!) We have already booked the same room for next summer- highly recommend!!

Cute place

Super cute place for our family. Love that the kids could all stay in the same room, but had their own beds. That was a big reason we chose this place. 2nd floor was easy to get to and the balcony was a great view of the ocean and pool. Easy walk to the beach and just a mile from activities. Only gave it 3 stars because the master bed NEEDS fixed. I slept on the couch most of the week because of the noise it made with just the slightest movement. It was bad. Also, place didn't have much extra stuff. It isn't required I know, but usually nice when places have trash bags or more than 1 kitchen towel. We typically travel with extra items. But usually when we forget the place has extra. Weren't so luck this time. Overall it served our family well!

Seascape in Wild Dunes

Week before we were scheduled to arrive receive email stating construction was being done at condos and stated we could possibly stay in a different location which I requested because of construction noise. After several phone calls and emails we could not get an answer. Came time to go so we went much to my regret. Parking pass was not sent to security, condo was not very clean and noise was horrific. Cut vacation short after 2 days.

Beautiful property but needs maintenance/repair

PROS: location, decor of unit, location of unit, responsiveness of management property. CONS: upon arrival we found-Mold around several ceiling vents and you can see it up in the ductwork (I told management that my daughter and I were both allergic to mold they did come and wipe the ceiling with some kind of solution but it’s all in the ducts blowing in to the room. We were not given the option to change units), broken toilet seat, two seats in kitchen set were not attached to the frame of the chair, broken chairs on the balcony , long hair in the refrigerator and master bathtub, only one outlet and one small lamp working in the extra bedroom, one lamp never worked in the extra bedroom, the lamp in the master bedroom had a switch that you had to really play with to get it to turn on, wall in kitchen area has water damage.

The place was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we wanted. I texted the property management a question about the coffee maker (it's drip and but k-cups) and I got a prompt response. We'll be back!

We chose great location over up to date

This condo has a wonderful location to the beach and pool. It is roomy and has a good floor plan. The covered, extremely large balcony is amazing. The condo is showing wear. I had read that in previous reviews, but pictures didn’t look too bad. Both bathrooms could use a refresh. The second bathroom is worse than the master. Rockers on balcony are amazing, but beginning to fall apart. Extra chairs and table on balcony are a nice touch, but once again showing wear. Kitchen gadgets, pans etc showing a lot of wear. Master suite with sliding door to balcony is great as well. The air conditioning did go out one day and we were compensated with a credit. That was greatly appreciated! For what we paid, I feel like the kitchen accessories and baths could be a bit better. One additional comment. More towels per person would be appreciated. They don’t dry very fast inside the condo and sometimes we had to throw them in the laundry in order to have a dry towel. I don’t want to do a lot of laundry on vacation.

Perfect view, large balcony

Loved so much about #218. The patio overlooked a picture perfect view of the pool and ocean. Communication was streamlined and even though we had never been in the area, or used a Vacasa property, we had no questions or confusion. For the most part, condo was clean and smelled fresh. Would love to see washable duvets as opposed to quilts. All in all, we’d happily go back!
