Breathtaking view of the Massif de la Plagne, facing south, an old farmhouse with traditional mountain architecture, animated by a discreetly contemporary style. The sound of the creek reminds us of the energy of the bubbling mountain streams
The facade of old stones of the seventeenth and larch, is a brilliant tribute to the habitat of altitude of this time. Then discreet entrance, by a large oak stairs and surprised to find our apartment on the landing:
Reassuring and welcoming interiors; a good smell of wood floods the whole house for a stay under the sign of authenticity in the heart of unspoilt nature.
The floor is shoes brushed oak, voluntarily left untreated.

Rêve de montagne

Très bon séjour dans ce logement charmant, avec une belle vue. La cheminée est un plus, pour parfaire l’ambiance chaleureuse. Accès aux pistes de ski en 20 min en partant de Montalbert, et 25 min de la Plagne Centre.Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Wonderful

Annie's apartment is outstanding! Much bigger than we expected and very well equipped, even with a fondue and raclette set. It is a carpenters dream and is super comfy and cosy. Perfect for skiing La Plagne, Montalbert and Montchevin. We had a lovely time. Thanks Annie!

Réveillon au coin du feu

Très beau appartement situé dans une vieille bâtisse sur les hauteurs d Aime , au calme; un charmant balcon permet d admirer la vue sur les montagnes , les chambres sont douillettes la literie confortable ; la cheminée dans le salon est admirable tout à été rénové avec de beaux matériaux; il manquerai des rangements dans la cuisine .

2-month stay in La Cote d’Aime

We had amazing two months staying in the apartment and skiing in the valley. The apartment was very spacious and exactly like the pictures showed. Annie was very responsive and helpful host and overall everything went really well. Thank you!

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt dauerte drei Wochen und diese drei Wochen waren wirklich sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war super, sowohl in Bezug auf die Lage als auch die Inneneinrichtung. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls unproblematisch. Was wir im Vorfeld nicht wussten und uns bei der Ankunft eine zunächst unangenehme Überraschung bescherte ist der Umstand, dass im Mietpreis weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher enthalten sind. So mussten wir uns noch einmal auf den Weg ins Tal machen und uns die fehlenden Utensilien kaufen. Wenn man das im Vorfeld weiß ist aber auch das kein Problem. In Summe also ein schöner Urlaub.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine et le logement de Jean Michel et Annie y a fortement contribué. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous, idéalement situé nous avons pu profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Au delà de son aspect fonctionnel, il est agencé et décoré avec goût ! Une parfaite harmonie avec son environnement. Bravo à vous pour ce havre de paix à la montagne ! Merci encore nous y reviendrons c'est certain!!!

Charmant Logement

Chalet situé au calme des stations de ski tout en étant à une 15 de minutes des pistes.(idéal pour les amateurs de randonnées) . Chalet propre et très agréable il manque juste la WIFI qui serait un plus .

Véritable cocon, le châlet est cossu, chaleureux, authentique et fonctionnel ! Pas de ski de piste cette année, la situation du chalet nous a permis de découvrir le chalet Bresson (randonnées, ski de fond et raquettes) et nous avons profité des domaines nordiques de Champagne et de Peysey Nancroix situés à 40mn environ. Soirées délicieuses au coin du feu !

Das Appartement ist romantisch und rustikal.

Die Abende auf dem überdachten Balkon, nach einer langen Wanderung, waren wunderbar, bei schönem Wetter aber vor allem bei Gewitter. Ein guter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Typique et confortable

Le chalet de M.et Mme Serrano est décoré avec goût et s'est avéré chaleureux et très confortable .La décoration invite à un voyage dans le temps , en misant sur les objets utilisés autrefois que l'on découvre tout au long du séjour ( on en découvre presque tous les jours ...). Ce mélange d'histoire et de modernité nous a beaucoup plu.

Appartement entièrement fait dans une ancienne grange par le propriétaire et ses enfants. Travail soigné et remarquable. Aucun détail n'est négligé, jusqu'à la bouche de ventilation faite en bois sur mesure et non en PVC Blanc ! Les lits sont très confortables. Vue magnifique de la terrasse dont on ne se lasse pas. Juste un bémol pour la cuisine prévu pour les très grands, qui n'est donc pas très pratique, mais on s'en est arrangé pour nos 2 semaines de vacances. Nous avons passé 15 jours superbes dans cette région aux multiples activités l'été. Il manque juste le wifi pour trouver les activités sur internet. Ne convient pas pour des personnes âgées. (Escalier assez raide pour accéder au logement, 4 marches pour accéder à la cuisine, 2 marches pour accéder à la terrasses, seuil de porte de chaque chambre à passer en levant bien les pieds)
