A very short drive takes you to the outlet malls, supermarkets, restaurants, water park, movie theater, Rehoboth's charming downtown, and all the incredible vacation amenities of Rehoboth Beach. 1.5 miles from the beach/boardwalk/downtown with an easy driving path to avoid traffic. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants!
PARKING: Plenty of parking- not assigned.
AMENITIES: Central AC, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and screened-in porch. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package for guests. This condo can accommodate five people and must be rented for seven nights.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
