As a guest member with V.I.P Access, you will enjoy the following:

There are daily activities such as dancing, water polo, volleyball, fitness classes available for all guests. You can also stop at the Excursion Center to acquire information on a wide range of excursion activities such as hiking, zip lining, visiting waterfalls, safari tours, city tours, scuba diving, snorkeling and more.
Two day spas available on property for services such as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures aromatherapy.
Each guests will receive a blue ‘Guest Member’ band that you must keep on at all times.

LHVR guest services are available 24 hours via the main lobby. Please call or visit the main lobby for requests during your stay.
Up to and during your stay, we will be available via to chat if you any further questions or concerns. We will respond to any inquiries within 24 hours.
Please let us know if you are celebrating any special occasion (birthday, anniversary, retirement, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation, honeymoon, etc). We will coordinate with the staff at LHVR to make your stay special for your momentous occasion!

There is a mandatory, per-person resort fee, payable upon check in at the resort
Adults: $65-person, per night
50% off for children 3-11 years old;
Children Under 3 years old-Free.
There is a Mandatory $150/person per night fee for Kosher Bookings, payable upon check-in at the resort. Please notify us if you require Kosher!
ALL DATES MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH US PRIOR TO BOOKING! Please request to book with your desired dates and we will confirm availability before finalizing booking!
All guests must keep their Guest Member Band on at all times for the duration of stay. It will be removed by the staff upon check-out.
Resort Peak Times are December 15-April 15 each year. Additional holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day (US), Labor Day and Thanksgiving are considered peak times. These times may require advance booking of three (3) months or more!
