Precious house in a beautiful neighborhood!

This house was adorable and absolutely perfect for our stay! The accommodations were plentiful and very comfortable. There is a nice outdoor area to sit and relax. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for a walk. Communication with our host was easier than I’ve ever experienced with another host before. 10/10 recommendation!

Nashville Weekend!

Great Place! Super clean! House decor is spot on. Coffee and the sound of a music on vinyl in the morning was spot on. Great location. Ubers to Broadway were cheap! 5 Star rental!

Girls Trip

This property is awesome! Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch, close enough to walk to shops and bars in East Town or a quick Uber ride to downtown is perfect for any vacationer!! The host was amazing and very responsive! Highly recommend! ~Kathy~

Great location

We were not in town long, but it was a perfect location to stay at if visiting Nissan Stadium or broadway. Nice back yard, but no shade. Cute place and loved all the decorations.

Nice house close to downtown

We loved our stay at the property. The host had great communication and the property was extremely clean. Close enough to downtown for us to enjoy our weekend and also close to restaurants on the east side. We would definitely return!!!

Great Getaway

This property lived up to what we expected. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown Nashville. Off street parking which was great. Nice deck in the backyard to enjoy the nice weather. Owner was easy and attentive when the internet went down during our stay.

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for our getaway. It was very welcoming and had a feel of home. The location was close to everything we needed and a quick Uber to downtown where we were most of the time. Checking in was convenient and easy. Alizabeth was very quick to respond to all my questions I had. I highly recommend this property!

Immaculate and adorable

Such a pleasure to stay at this property for a girls weekend. The neighborhood is quaint and safe, and with even a few walkable restaurants, yet very close to Nissan stadium and Broadway. But the home- so cozy, appealingly decorated and clean. Nice backyard with parking, and good showers and nice beds. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Truly a 5 star experience, and you simply cannot go wrong to book it for a Nashville trip!

Fun Times in Nashville

Our group enjoyed our stay at Alizabeth’s property. Good sized, fenced in backyard with a fire pit and deck. Only about a 5 minute Uber ride to downtown. Thank you for the hospitality!

Loved the neighborhood of the house as the neighbors even invited my friends and I too a cook out! Walking distance to most things and slept 5 comfortably! Thanks for having us!

Great weekend getaway

We came for my husbands 40th birthday, it was a great weekend. Alizabeth was a great host and answered all of our questions. Her house is cozy and we all loved the Decor. She even left a gift for my husband for his 40th birthday which was so nice and thoughtful. We enjoyed the area and downtown is a short Uber ride away. Would definitely recommend this little gem if you are thinking of coming to Nashville

Great Stay- Super cute house!

We stayed Fathers Day weekend. It was three couples (6 of us total). The beds were all ver comfortable, but I recommend bringing your own pillows! The house was cleaned really well and had all of the amenities we needed. We were able to cook meals easily and the refrigerator was a great size. The back patio was super nice as well and comfy! There were lots of cats around. We loved the hammock too! The house is decorated VERY cute! Perfect for a Nashville trip! The location was great for us too. We spent most of our time in downtown Nashville and it was a short Uber ride for us. Our only complaint was there are only two bathrooms and one shower is extremely small upstairs.

Cozy Home minutes from Downtown

Me and my family took a trip down to Nashville for my birthday it was my first time! The city is beautiful and it was lots of fun! One of the nicest things about the trip was this beautiful little property we were able to stay at! Cool artwork giving it a unique and Nashville country vibe! The site was having issues the day of check in but the host was on top of everything and made sure we were comfortable with the check in! 5 ⭐️ 10/10 recommend I will definitely book this again ANYTIME I return to Nashville!

Wonderful!

We were there Wed-Sun to see the sights and Billy Joel at Nissan. The house is perfectly located. We walked to great restaurants every night. We parked in lot R at Nissan and getting out was so easy. The house is exactly as described and well stocked, clean and cute! The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and great host!

My girlfriend and I went for a girl's weekend and the house was absolutely perfect! Such cute decor (things to look at everywhere you turned), beds were comfy, great backyard seating (which we used frequently) and even a firepit! The location was a short 10/15 min walk through cute neighborhoods to great restaurants (do a walking food tour!!!) and shops. And Alizabeth, our host for the weekend, was attentive, kind and timely with her responses. House was well stocked and clean! Did I mention cute? I am taking my husband back to Nashville and this will be the only place I will look for availability. Highly recommend this house and host!!!

One for the books…

Alizabeth was the perfect host going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We entered the property and found birthday decorations to celebrate the kids birthdays. What a welcome to east Nashville! Location was everything allowing us to easily eat and sing our way through the celebratory week. Thank you Alizabeth! Highly recommend!
