Exclusive penthouse with panoramic sea views and large rooftop terrace

Family oriented penthouse with stunning sea views in the beautiful area of Bonaire, Alcudia.

Located in the quiet residential area of Bonaire, this property its a few steps away from the water.

This penthouse of 150m² consists in three double rooms all with en suite bathrooms. In the master bedrooms, the bathroom has a Jacuzzi facing the terrace with sea views.
There is a 50m2 terrace with a two sets of table and chairs, all perfectly set to relax and enjoy the breeze and views from sunrise to sunset.

On the top floor you will find a large 200m² terrace with a porch, a built in barbecue and sun loungers. It also has Wifi access.

It is a modern and functional home equipped with Air conditioning, Wifi and satellite Tv.

Bars and restaurants are found close by and within a few minutes walk, although they are located far enough to appreciate the peace and quiet of the magical bay of Pollença.
Beautiful swimming area right in front the house and there are also several sand beaches nearby, all reachable within a nice 10 minute walk.

The property does not have private parking facilities. There is a free public parking area only 70m away.
We would recommend to reach by hire car as public transport to Alcudia runs just a few times a day.

Stunning view

Fabulous location with an absolutely stunning view. It was like being on a ship, sailing through the Bay of Pollenca. We had plenty of room for a family of 5. The A/C and WiFi work well, and the washer and dryer came in handy. Our host was very nice and attentive. You will be a short stroll to a small crossroad with a few restaurants, and a supermarket. Nice beaches are also a short walk away. The historic town of Alcudia is charming, with some nice restaurants. Palma is about 50 minutes away by car, and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Perfect location

We really liked the the stay at la Victoria. Nice swimming in the sea, perfect sundowns, spacious living. Jaime and Angela offered comprehensive support, when upon arrival the cleaning company had not done their job properly. Two slight downsides: no kitchen essentials were available and the youth sunbathing on the cliffs like to listen to their music loudly - even though it is actually and explicitly forbidden there. But still would come back again. Thanks

Beautiful also at Christmas Time

We had a beatiful winter vacation at this place. We enjoyed the wonderful views and vacant beach in front of the windows. The appartment was great and provided plenty of Equipment for cosy winter nights when it gets dark early. We had a great winter week with plenty of family cooking sessions and great hikes right from the appartment. It is a magic spot for vacation and a very quite one in winter.

We spent a fantastic week at la Victòria. The view over the coast is truly amazing and also the flat itself is decorated very friendly and we felt at home in an instant. Amazing view in Bonaire!

Superbe appartement spacieux et lumineux, bien équipé et bien situé dans une zone plutôt résidentielle avec villas chics (petit resto familial et minimarket à 2 pas) en première ligne au bord de l'eau (on peut se baigner en bas de la maison) Nous n'avons pas été déçus : les photos sont conformes, la terrasse est superbe et offre une vue sur le cap de Formentor et toute la baie de Pollenca, incroyable surtout pour le coucher de soleil ! Le rooftop permet aussi de faire des barbecues et de bronzer sur des transats. Voiture indispensable - parking à 2 pas de la maison Nous reviendrons à Majorque ! Muchas gracias Jaime
