Nice place with a good location!

Fantastic location

This house is a quick walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants, groceries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the community pool was an added benefit. Some improvements to cleaning could really make this place extraordinary!

Great beach house

Sweet Escape

This property was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. My mom and I took 5 teenage girls to the IOP for a quick getaway. It was clean and a very short walk to the beach. If we could change anything it would be to have an ocean view from this location. But, given the very safe and classy neighborhood and the proximity to restaurants and surf shops, we were pleased! We highly recommend this location!

Clean house with easy access to the beach

This was perfect for our family reunion! The kitchen and seating areas were so spacious and there were plenty of cooking utensils and pans available for us. The beach access is a five minute walk away and the location is beautiful! The two porches are also fantastic for soaking up the sun and beautiful weather.

Great location

The house itself was great. It was spacious with an open layout and a great deck in a perfect location for us. It could have been cleaner (dust bunnies, blood stain on mattress pad that we didn’t see until we removed the sheets at the end of our stay). The nonstick pans were scratched, but if you don’t want to cook, it was fine. The communication with the management company was poor. Since we were arriving late at night, I tried to get in contact with them beforehand to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue at 11:00pm the night of arrival. They told me I would pick up the keys at the Vacasa office when I checked in. It didn’t make sense for them to leave keys unattended in the office mailbox, so I inquired again to ask if I needed a lock box code or something. I was told again that the keys would be in the box. When we got there at 11:00, there were no keys but a code to a lockbox that we couldn’t find in the dark. We figured it had to be next to the front door, but it wasn’t. We ended up finding it, but it’s exactly what I was trying to avoid after a long day of traveling. If someone at the management company could have given us the location of the lockbox, at some point in the many phone calls that I had made prior to arrival, it would have made checking in so much smoother.

Fantastic location

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip with our kids and our friends and their child. Wide open space and only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Highly recomemended for families!

Awesome Beach House!

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 year old. The house had excellent beach and pool access. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close proximity to restaurants and and a grocery store. I have already recommended this rental to a friend!!

Very Nice place

The house was in very nice shape and clean. It was a 5 min walk to the beach. They had a cart for us to use along with a bunch of chairs. I would stay here again.

Girl’s Trip

This house was great for our first girl’s trip. The location was close to the beach. We even walked down the beach about 5 or 10 mins and was able to reach the Isle of Palms boardwalk area.

Great Stay in IOP

We have stayed in other homes in the Beachside community and really love it there. Easy access to the beach, accessible to everything in the central part of the island, plus the community pool right there if you want a break from the sand. This home was spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a great family stay in IOP.

Lovely IOP home

House is lovely, clean and very well maintained. Location is excellent. When reservation was made, description included screened in porch which was high priority for us. When we arrived, no screened in porch (porch had been enclosed and no screens on windows). Immediately reported this to rental office and requested property manager call me. Did not receive call. Upon check out, again requested property manager call me. Did not receive call. Property description has since been updated to reflect enclosed porch but pictures still show screened porch. Additionally, small amenities (box of tissues, dish towel, lighter for grill, salt and pepper) would improve rental experience at very little cost.

Perfect Stay

We stayed here versus the local hotels that honestly are not as clean and nice as this place. It was a great change of pace from staying inside a hotel room versus going to the beach after work, cooking meals versus going out to eat every night. Was a nice change of pace and I'm sure we will be back.
