Great location!

If you like being "downtown" , you will love this location! Walk to the pier, shops, and restaurants! Next door to Taco Boy and across from beach bike rentals! Its a busy street so not quiet at night but we had a great time!

Great Location

This place was great! Less than a block from the beach, the Pier, all the restaurants, bars and shopping areas. Walk next door and rent a bike, a golf cart or a moped. Then see the island at a leisurely pace. Will rent again. Cheers.

Great location and sleep

Home has 2 queen suites that are spaced well apart for two couples to have their own spaces, (both beds are queens now and comfortable). Fridge has an ice maker! Home does need some TLC and updated furnishings. Vacasa texted updates and were easy to communicate with. They responded fast and replaced a light bulb. We had a great trip.

Great location in Folly Beach

My husband and I spent a long weekend in this unit and we enjoyed it. The location is excellent- very short walk to beach, restaurants, church, and shopping. The unit was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The covered porch is great for looking at the ocean and enjoying the breeze. The only downside was the amount of noise from the nearby businesses with live music and partiers until pretty late at night and the noise from footstomps from the unit upstairs. If you want to go to sleep at 10 or 11PM and are not a heavy sleeper, it can be tough (at least when we were there- Fri and Sat night in September). Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Great view! Great location!

We loved our stay here! The furniture is nicer than pictured! What does need work is the maintenance of the unit. All but one set of blinds are broken. The patio could use a deep clean. There are abandoned hornets nests in the rafters of the porch above you. The oven handle is broken off. Overall great unit can’t beat the location or view. We would stay there again.

Love the location. Love the screened porch. Property was very nice except for the kitchen. It was not well equipped although we made do with substitutions, ie. hand towel instead of oven mitt, soup pot instead of large skillet. Very dim light in kitchen. Both bedrooms were comfortable. We would be happy to stay again. We thought we were in a first floor unit, but we’re on the 2nd floor. No problem since there was an elevator.

Folly Beach surprise

This unit is a block from the beach, but the buildings in front of it are lower, so there is a really nice view from the kitchen/living space area and deck. The furniture has been improved greatly in the living area since these pictures.

Great little spot

Fantastic getaway!

This condo was the perfect space for two couples on vacation. In walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch looking at the sunrise over the ocean. Will be back!

Pennsylvania Traveler

The location to the beach was excellent just a short walk from the home. A limited amount of needed items such as dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, paper towel, trash bags, extra toilet tissue were all provided which made it very convenient so that you didn't have to go to the market right away. The only drawback was that the rental above us was noisy especially early in the morning. The place should be checked by an exterminator as I did have to kill a large cockroach in the second bedroom the night before we were to leave for home. This however would NOT cause me to recommend this home as this can happen when there is a lot of moisture around but it should be checked. As you can see, I gave it a 4 star recommendation, and I would certainly rent this home again.

My daughter's special weekend!

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now and love the property and location! We stayed here this weekend while my daughter and fiancee stayed in a front row beach house and got married on the beach on Sunday! My wife and I will definitely be back soon to Beach Walk #23 again!

Wonderful location!

This is our second year staying @beachwalk 23. Location is terrific. Across from the pier. Beach access next to pier. Center street is one block away. Everything went well check-in to checkout. Had a problem with our freezer and someone was there within 30" of texting them. As a family that prefers cooking most of our meals,the kitchen needed more. There were no sheer pans;measuring utensils and all of the knives needed sharpening. This was the only negative for us. If you are not linking bon using the kitchen a lot you will love. We would definitely rent again if all our family is unable to attend. Too small if all of us are there.
