House located in Bétineuc, a traditional village built of stones and earth (commune of Evran 22 630), 10 minutes from Dinan. The environment lends itself to fishing by the proximity (10 min by foot) of a pond (Base de loisirs de Bétineuc), rivers, a canal (Ille et Rance), a coastal river ( la Rance) and the sea (La Manche). The Ille et Rance canal, located in the town, offers walking, cycling, boat and even horse riding. Evran has the distinction of being at the crossroads of many tourist sites in the Breton departments: Mont St Michel, Fort La Latte, seaside towns (Dinard, Saint-Malo), Bécherel Cité du Livre, etc. (6 km from the Nle expressway 237), also access to a wide choice of beaches.
