This duplex, located 2 steps from Beaumer beach (100m) and Men Du, offers you a beautiful living room renovated in 2017 -2018 with fitted kitchen area (vitro hob, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge , toaster, senseo coffee maker).
There is a bunk bed for 2 children at the entrance and a double bed upstairs.
You can enjoy the sofa (not convertible), TV, board games
Terrace area with 4-seater garden furniture
WC and SdeB with shower and heating.
No smoking, pets not allowed
Loan of baby equipment
Household linen rental
Cleaning fee (80 euros) requested on arrival and returned at the exit according to the inventory of fixtures ...
