In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the residence Le RÊVE***, is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the 3rd week of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine / dryer).
This new 40 m2 apartment, on the ground floor and facing the sea, can accommodate 2/4 people.
It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 1 double bed "queen-size" 160 and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, a living room of 21m2 with lounge: sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed, flat screen TV, open and equipped kitchen. You also benefit from a 16m2 equipped terrace overlooking the garden of the residence, with a magnificent view of the ocean and the Ile de Ré. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
Available free of charge, a private parking space allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
