Features include a shaded balcony, hallway bunks for the kids, in-home laundry for your convenience, and desirable resort amenities that include 600 feet of private beach, multiple pools, hot tubs, a movie theater, an arcade, and a fitness center with a relaxing Roman spa.

This beachfront resort is ideal for families, sun worshippers, and shopping enthusiasts alike, with Pier Park, the home of 124 stores, excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, and the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater, just over half a mile east. You can take a sunset stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier less than a mile east, observe local marine life at Gulf World one mile away, cool off at Shipwreck Island Waterpark four miles east, or spend a beautiful day in nature on the shores of St. Andrews State Park 11 miles away.

Reservations from March through October include beach service of two chairs and one umbrella.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A short but needed staycation

Elevator access poor 2 were broken with no attempt to fix carpet with sand not a good idea construction in the front limited walkable had to walk up snd down stairs 10 floors with handicap leg badddd!!!

Wonderful Accommodations

Very happy with the room. Relaxing and comfortably decorated. Everything provided kitchen wise and bathrooms. Great ocean views. As with any large resorts, elevators can be slow going but not as bad as some I have stayed at.

Condo 1007

Beautiful views and enough room to move around. Wifi didn’t work good, couch and bed was uncomfortable. Tv didn’t have good picture. Couldn’t use ice maker had hole in bottom of it. Pots and pans are worn down, some look rough. No K-cup coffee maker. If it wasn’t for all of that it would have been perfect.

Not my best experience.

Well from the cleanliness to the checkout was horrible. There was hair on towels the master bedroom carpet needed cleaned it was filthy. The soap in the master bathroom was open and wet. The tv in bedroom wasn’t working properly.

Great location. Great view. Staff members onsite were fantastic. My favorite was a security guard named Conrad. He was very friendly and informative. The unit itself was what you would expect besides the listing had been changed between when I booked to when I got there. There were bunk beds included in the hallway on the listing I saw and booked. The bunk beds had been removed and taken off the listing by the time of my stay so I had two teens and just one pull out couch that was awful… like any pull out couch you could feel every spring. The ice maker had a hole and so the ice just went all over the freezer… we placed a container to catch the ice so no big deal really but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left… I reached out about the missing bunk beds and never received a response which was disappointing. The customer service was terrible… I don’t usually leave bad reviews … I think we are a fairly easy to please family but just No response at all is not appropriate… they had me send pics of the listing showing I thought it had bunks and took up plenty of my time taking the complaint and didn’t even have the decency to apologize or try to remedy the situation in any way… because of this I will not stay on Vacasa property again.. and the wait for the elevators was ridiculous… I saw it in previous reviews and assumed people just were impatient… but it really is a very very long wait. The elevator fans were broken while we were there… just very unpleasant

Our Condo was beautiful. The beach was wonderful. Everything else sucked. Tidewater was the worst

A key code was needed to gain access to Tidewater resort and a separate 5 digit code not chosen by guest to enter our actual condo. Having to remember a 5 digit key code that was oredetermin by owner was rediculous and difficult to manage. Our Condo was beautiful. The beach was wonderful. Everything else sucked. Tidewater is the worst property manager that I have encountered. 30 floors and 5 elevators was not enough. I waited with my parents, husband and two toddlers for 45 minutes on the 10th floor waiting for an elevator. This was not uncommon. We NEVER waited less than 15 minutes and were crammed into an elevator with our bodies pressed up against strangers. Taking beach toys, towels and umbrellas was not particularly safe down 10 flights of stairs with children and aging parents. By the time we went down all of the stairs, my mother's hip ached and she could not enjoy walking the rest of the trip. When I addressed this with Tidewater I asked to please speak with Customer service. I was advised they didn't have that and I should lodge my complaint with Expedia, Priceline etc. I pointed out the problem was not with the booking agent but the safety and management of the building. Rather than listen and at least take the time to discuss the situation, a "security officer" appeared behind me to tell me that the elevators were working at full speed. The "security officer" provided no assistance and actually LIED to me by stating there was an elevator attendant on every elevator. There were NOT. I am disgusted that Tidewater would not even listen to what I had to say and instead attempted to intimidate me with their "security officer". It's also pretty insulting that the "security officer" attempted to tell me he was a police officer. When I asked if he was sworn to uphold the laws of the state of Florida and sworn to protect the citizens he said he was "something different." Awful place. I feel bad for the owners of the condos because they are beautiful. I will never return and will actively recommend no one EVER waste their time and money on this place.

Beautiful view and condo

Being able to set up tent on beach close to the water, but not being able to set up in front of the chairs and umbrellas did not make sense to me at all. Did not like the elevators, not efficient at all.

Very nice unit

We had the bare minimum of everything. Ice maker was broke when we got there, Vacasa did fix it quickly. It says it sleeps 6, but they only left us a sheet for the pull out couch. No blanket. Just feel like I could have gotten better accommodations at a hotel and probably wouldn’t have paid so much. Also... Elevators are still slow. We waited almost 45 mins for an elevator

Awful experience

We got to the room and it smelled like marijuana. We tried to get a shower and the bath tub was plugged with something and wouldnt drain, whatever was in the drain kept coming out of the drain. Our pillow had blood on it and our 11 month old daughters feet were BLACK from the floor. Our air also didnt work. We were on the phone multiple times trying to move rooms and were never given that option. It was truly an awful experience.
