Take a break from the ordinary and bring five of your friends with you to this extraordinary condo on the Gulf of Mexico. Everyone will love the view of the coast from the furnished balcony and mealtimes will be a breeze in the full kitchen. As soon as the sun comes up, head out to the shared pool for a quick dip and take the short path to the beach to layout in the Florida warmth. As the sun dips below the horizon, meet the group at the hot tub and watch the sky change to pink and orange. When the night comes to a close, put on a movie or play a game with everyone at the large dining table!

Though you will never want to leave the sand, venture out and easily see the many attractions nearby. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family! If you would rather have a quiet day on a paddleboard or kayak, take a scenic drive down the coast to the small town of Carillo Beach!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place!

The booking and check in process is so easy. The condo was tidy and clean. Had everything we need. Kitchen is stocked although we don't use anything but the fridge. I do wish they would keep a small swiffer vac type thing for keeping the floors tidy in case of spills. We have stayed at Palazzo 3 years in a row and have never had a problem. Will be back.

Nice big condo, amazing view!

We loved the view over the gorgeous water. The condo was clean and comfortable. The full kitchen was nice, and well stocked with coking utensils. The bed and pillows were a little hard. We would rent again.

Nice

Love the Palazzo. Great location. This room was similar to the one we stayed in last year at Palazzo. Nice layout. The floors need a deep cleaning, a toaster, hangers, spatula and vacuum would have been helpful during our week plus stay- other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great location and nice place

The only draw back was that the AC stopped working on our 3rd night, we let the property manager know and they had it up and going again by the next afternoon! The location was awesome and the room was great! We had a wonderful time!

Absolutely gorgeous ocean view!!

This condo was perfect for our group of 3! Very clean and accommodating. Kitchen had all of the basic necessities required for making a meal and eating in. All of the beds were comfortable! The 13th floor view of the ocean is absolutely beautiful! We were out and about quite a bit, so we didn’t spend much time in the living area, but the couches were comfortable and the tv has access to Netflix and a few other apps for you to access your own account on. This was a very relaxing and comfortable condo. I highly recommend!!

Very restless stay

I had to leave after 2 nights (booked for 3), the elevators went up and down all night long, the main rooms windows are paper thin and positioned by the elevators. The room had no blankets it was tough. Disappointed we didn’t get to stay the third night but we didn’t want to lose another night of sleep.

Nice but…

Our overall stay was good, condo was nice BUT clean on the surface. Beware of the shower curtain in master bath as it had a lot of mildew on it and the bed sheets were stained. The shower in the guest room had mildew as well. Both toilets had a black film underneath the seat and the bath towels were old/hard and very rough on the skin. Dining chairs were not sturdy and the lock on the patio door lock was broken. Communicating with the property was easy! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

Not clean.

The house was not clean to the expectations. The number I called to address these situations said, "it was after hours and would need to wait." Looking from afar it looked clean. I went to pull out the chair and there was old pizza sauce on the chair. There was hair on the toilet seat as if it wasn't cleaned. There was a sock under bed. The washcloth had hair on it. The dehumidifier bucket was "full." The overflow drawn in the tub fell off completely while showering. My baby was walking around and her feet were completely black after walking around the condo. The sheets had hair/dirt once you pulled the sheets back. The baby outlets were not installed. The house was not clean. There is no hand soap ANYWHERE to be found. There were missing knifes and knifes that were dirty. The coffee pot was also dirty along with the blender. There was only one laundry packet and only get very few towels for a full weeks stay. As far as the location and views it was great.

Poorly maintained and not worth the money

Was looking forward to a relaxing, fun time with my family after a very stressful 2 years. From the moment we arrived, we had issues. The rug under the table was curled up on all edges which was a major tripping hazzard and we had a toddler. Every barstool was about to fall apart and I had to hand tighten the nuts on all of them before anyone could sit. The coffee table was wrought iron with a glass top. The glass was not secured and a leg was broken on the table. The pull out sofa bed was very dirty. The mirror in the spare bathroom was barely attached to the wall (another safety hazzard), there was a dirty coffee cup with sticky old coffee in the bottom of it, put away in the cabinet. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. The shower curtain in the master bedroom was absolutely disgusting with black mold all over. The sliding glass door didn't lock, lucky for us, it was very hard to open so the kids couldn't go out. The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and the fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off everytime we moved. This condo has lots of potential but has been poorly maintained.

Over due vacation well spent

This was our 2nd year to the Palazzo and 2nd time renting this particular unit. Everything was great! We love the ease of being right on the beach and having beach chairs included makes it even easier. We hope to be back next year!

Palazzo 1304

Just as pictured. Nice view of the emerald waters. Clean and quiet. Loved the atmosphere of the condo/ facility. Fun but remained classy without loud, noisy partying. I can see where this would be a great place for couples, but there were families with kids there too. Great that there was not any carpet. Loved that there were a plentiful supply of wash cloths and bath towels for both bathrooms. Also great that there is actually a lobby with a front desk and someone to go to with questions and concerns. Parking is tight as mentioned in the other reviews, however, we have a suburban and were able to park, so no complaints. Would only ask that they add a few small conveniences such as an oven mitt, hair dryer, and extra throw blanket in the living room. On a side note, the beach service attendants and manager were lazy, indifferent and rude. Beach service is included with the condo, but the person footing the bill is getting jipped. They start late and close down as early as 4:00 on a Saturday, removing the umbrella you're sitting under and the cushion under you. I have never stayed at a condo that you can't get a beach chair until after 9:00 am and you can't reserve a spot for the entire stay. We even paid for an extra set of chairs and umbrella thinking it would help since they kept referring to the "paying customers". No such luck. Also - If you want to parasail, do yourself a favor and save some money and not use them. Go down a few condos to a different company, it's worth it.

Beautiful Views

Loved the convenience of being right on the water. The views are beautiful and the condo was nice. We went in July and it never felt super crowded and there was never a long wait for an elevator (as we’ve experienced at other condos). The staff in the lobby were helpful and polite. The only things I would have liked: hangers in the closets, a blender, more coffee mugs (only 3), and a couple heavier blankets for the bunk beds/pull out sofa. Other than that, the condo was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay!
