Located on our main floor, this contemporary room features a king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen television, large bathroom with luxury shower including rainfall shower head & body sprays. This room also features a private outside patio space with bistro table & chairs. This first floor room also offers daily housekeeping as well as complimentary sample Aveda toiletries, in-room coffee, tea, bottled water, breakfast muffins & biscotti and private parking. The suites at Bella Vita are all non-smoking and do not permit children under the age of 16 or pets. Thank you for your cooperation.

We were unable to make the trip because our newborn was under the weather, but the unit is in a great location and they were great with communication. We will be back soon!

Amazing place with amazing location

This place is perfectly centered in downtown. So easy to walk to shops, parks and food. Super cute with a patio that we had breakfast on. Got to meet Kevin and he was great. 100% will be back.

Nice Studio in the heart of downtown Saugatuck

The unit was very clean and perfect for 2 people. It is located right in the middle of everything downtown. The management team is onsite and very helpful. Would definitely return.

Hidden Gem!

This was the perfect place for my bday weekend getaway with my husband. Beautiful room and the location couldn’t have been better. And, the owner Kevin was great. Will definitely be back!!

Gem in center of action

Just steps off the main drag, our room was super convenient, clean and had a fabulous shower! We were able to park our car and walk wherever we needed to go, saving the driving/parking headaches. Would stay again!

Perfect 2-person getaway

My sister-in-law and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The location of the suite was perfect for walking, shopping, eating, and seeing all the local sights. The addition of the parking space allowed for easy day trips to neighboring towns, making this getaway absolutely effortless. Very clean suite and comfortable bed, extra little amenities were a nice touch, too. Hope to visit again!

LOCATION! LOCATION! WITH A LOCAL FLAVOR!

Such a great little spot in the heart of adorable Saugutuck. This little suite had the cutest outdoor seating area and all the essentials for a short trip away including a desk, small kitchen area, and couch— chocolates each day. We really appreciated the smooth check-in, local coffee, spacious walk-in shower, and friendly host. All of the fun shops, restaurants, and water views are just a few steps out your door.

Charged incorrectly

The property was fine. However we were overchaged by the host and have not been able to come to a resolution. Fine place to stay, but not worth the hassle.

Perfect location.

We love staying here. It has everything you need. It includes a parking space and snacks. The bed is comfortable and it has a huge walk in shower. This is our second time staying here and we will be back.

Perfect Saugatuck Spot

My husband and I stayed in the Torino suite for our anniversary. Upon arrival, I felt a little celebrity-ish having our own parking spot right in the middle of downtown. If you know Saugatuck, you know the parking can be awful, so this amenity was sincerely appreciated. The patio and suite entrance are in an alley right off a main shopping street which made walking trips around town super convenient. The suite itself was exactly what we needed. There isn’t a full kitchen, but we only stayed one night, and ate at local spots for our meals. I was a little sad that I couldn’t get the fireplace to work, but this could have absolutely been human error, so I don’t feel too upset about it. And the shower - oh, the shower. I didn’t know I needed more than one shower head until today. But I do. We all do. The bed was comfy and the robes and chocolates are a nice touch. There is a TV for any downtime, and a microwave and mini fridge for any leftover food you might want to eat later. All in all we really enjoyed all that this suite had to offer and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent all around stay!

The room we stayed at was clean, perfect location, stylish, great bathroom/shower and the bed was very comfortable (the sheets were soft and the pillows were great). My husband and I were happy as soon as we walked in! The location was great because we had a door that opened up right into the alleyway with quick access into the middle of town. We would highly recommend this spot for your visit to Saugatuck!

Great Location excellent space

This was an incredible location, right in the thick of things. Easy to go to a shop and then come back to drop stuff off or go to the bathroom. Right next to all the restaurants as well. Couldn't b easier to access the rooms. Nice that they have parking right next to the units as well. Easily the best place we have stayed in Saugatuck.

Great Location in Downtown Saugatuck

My husband and I stayed at this property for two nights this week. Overall, we had a positive experience. Great location and the suite was accurately described on the listing: BUT…..the shower had a ridiculous amount of mold in it. I think it’s reasonable to expect a mold free shower. We called the desk to complain and the cleaning people took care of some of it but not all. Hint - Tilex and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser would solve the mold issue. I honestly think we should be credited the cleaning fee due to the mold situation.

Amazing!

The property was well located right in the middle of where everything was. The room was amazing and very spacious. We loved the fireplace which was very romantic since it got a little bit cool the night we stayed. The shower was amazing and the mini fridge and microwave were great for our leftovers as well.
