Stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the intracoastal waterway! After our first visit to the area we were hooked, and dreamed of the day that we could own a little piece of the Florida coast. We are excited to invite you to experience our condo, Coastal Vibes, at Harborside at Marker 33! Redecorated in a relaxing, coastal style, it features a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal, a pool, and its very own waterpark, w/ 2 free passes! Nestled in downtown Indian Rocks Beach, minutes from the white sands of the gulf!
This newly redecorated condo, located in the heart of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, is the perfect place for your next vacation. It sleeps 8, and features two bedrooms, both with ensuite baths and smart TV's. The Living Room has comfy couch that pulls out into a hide-a-bed. Want to do some cooking? The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go. There is a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal waterway where you can watch the sun rise, and keep an eye out for dolphins! Or just relax and watch the boats go by. There is also a private rooftop balcony where you can watch the sunset over Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, or lay out to catch some rays. Your family will be right at home at Harborside!
Right outside your door is everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. Not only is there a heated pool, but alongside it is the Splash Harbor waterpark! Included with your stay is 2 free passes and 6 half-priced passes per day to Splash Harbor! It features slides, a splash pad for the kids, and a lazy river. Pull up a stool at the waterside Cruzan Rum Bar. Or stroll across the boardwalk to Jimmy Guana's for lunch.

Take a walk behind the condos to the docks, where adventure awaits. Take your pick of 3 fishing charters, and catch the big one! Or take one of the dolphin and sightseeing tours. You're the type that would rather be your own captain? Stop at Indian Rocks boat rental and take off on your own adventure! Have your own boat? Then just rent a slip and hang out for the week at Harborside!
Don't like boats at all? Well Indian Rocks Boat Rental has beach bikes as well, and you can pedal off to any destination your heart desires. Maybe you're more of beach bum? Well the legendary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach are only a few minute walk, or even less on a bike! In the beach closet you'll find a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other various beach toys, and Harborside is already stocked with beach towels for all 8 of you. While you're out, take your pick of 3 ice cream shops to cool down on your way back to the condo.
After a day in the sun, take your pick of 11 restaurants within a 5 minute walk! After dinner, enjoy the nightlife of Indian Rocks at your pick of a half dozen bars.
Forgot your toothbrush? Just a three-minute walk away is a CVS, offering all those last minute convenience needs, and a great selection of beverages and snacks. Harborside is just waiting for your next relaxing adventure!
