About this property

Welcome to Island Girl! Immaculately clean! 4 bedroom single family home just steps from the beach. This spectacular home has TWO master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - both with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

The pool is private and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Fenced backyard. with covered patio and table for outside dining. Gas grill is available in backyard.

We provide lots of fluffy towels in each bathroom and all bed linens.

Beach Chair and umbrella service included in rental (15 Mar to 15 Oct)! There are four additional beach chairs at the property you can bring to the beach. We provide you a wagon to help carry the load to the sand. We also provide all your beach towels.

Private parking for up to six cars and a PRIVATE pool with a sun shelf. Cable and fastest secure internet package offered in our area provided. TVs in master bedrooms and living area.

Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need - pots, pans, dishes, utensils (except spices). Keurig coffee maker and a teapot to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach. We provide a few coffee pods to get you started on your first day. Drip coffee pot can be provided upon request.

Several restaurants are within walking distance. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Uber and Lyft are available in Panama City Beach.

Walmart and Publix's supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive from your vacation paradise AND they DELIVER to your door.

TWO separate AC units keep you cool on each level.

Spring Break

Jessica was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. The location of the house was exactly what we were looking for with a short walk to nearly everywhere we wanted to go and about a minute walk to the beach. Jessica responded quickly to every text I sent her! Amazing house with an amazing host. I highly recommend!

Christmas Vacation

Perfect Family Spot

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 young kids and this place was perfect. Tucked from some of the noisier spots in town but close to attractions and, best of all, entrance to the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Jessica was a very responsive and communicative host. We’d come back again!

Amazing Property

Island Girl is a fabulous house just a short walk to the beach. The owner has everything that you could possibly want or need. Do not over pack. It’s truly all covered! Our family of 12 enjoyed the trip so much. The pool and bunk room were a big hit with our six grandkids. All of the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

This is the most equipped home I've ever stayed in. They had everything from beach chairs to a large cooler for our drinks, to a beach wagon and plenty in the kitchen for our group of 10. We loved the proximity to the beach. The owner, Jessica, was so accommodating and came to help clean our pool twice while we were there to help clear up the clarity. She also dropped off a brand new canopy within 24 hours of us being there b/c the one at the property had been broken when we arrived. Awesome house! Awesome owner!

Incredible Stay!

Loved every second of our stay here!! The house is so nice and is kept up so well. Everything in the house is organized and labeled for the guests’ connivence. The private pool is the perfect size and the house is such an easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. Overall incredible stay. We loved every bit of it and highly recommend this property!

12 college girls had the best time at Island girl!!! Gorgeous pool and spacious living areas, not to mention immaculate cleanliness of the property!! The property manager was a very clear communicator and super helpful throughout the entire trip! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

Absolutely amazing stay

We came down 8/23-8/28 for my bachelorette trip and the Island girl was the absolute best place to stay. The beds are super comfy and I personally slept in the bunk room and it was like sleeping on a cloud in there ! Tons of space for everyone and all our luggage. Our host was easy to contact and very attentive if you had any questions. There was enough beach towels and bath towels for everyone. All the indoor and outdoor cooking supplies you could ever need. It was a nice short walk to the beach so you can easily go to the beach and or head back up to the pool without lugging stuff around. The house is located close to so many good restaurants and things to do . I highly recommend staying here , I know I will be back ! Thank you again Jennifer for such and amazing stay and an amazing experience for such a special trip !

One of the best VRBO experiences I've had

I booked this trip for my extended family (12 people) and everyone was incredibly impressed with how nice the house is and how much space we had even with our big group. The owner has labels everywhere, so it is easy to find things. There are plenty of dishes and cookware, all in great condition, much better than most VRBOs. Owner also provides plenty of bath and beach towels. Very short walk to beautiful beach that is public but not crowded. Beach chair service with 2 chairs included. We also loved having a private pool. Owner very responsive to questions. This was an ideal family vacation spot and I would definitely love to stay here again.

Gorgeous House

This house was perfect for our large family to meet and enjoy some beach time together! Nice, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Great selection of pots/pans/kitchenware. Easy navigation through kitchen thanks to the labels on the cabinets and drawers, great idea! The outdoor space was perfect for lounging, swimming and enjoying our morning coffee. Some construction happening in the neighborhood but was not bothersome at all. Short walking distance from beach access. Plenty of beach towels provides. Great selection of beach chairs, sand toys and a very handy beach wagon available for use. Convenient store across the street was handy. Not a quick drive to Pier Park or West end attractions during peak summer travel time. Host was easily accessible through text and VRBO messenger and very accommodating as we ended up arriving earlier than expected. Our family would highly recommend this host whether it be this property or another of theirs.

Amazing home away from home

This house was amazing and perfect. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our 5 kids. The walk to the beach was very short. This was the perfect vacation house for our family getaway!

Excellent house and property owner!

Very pleased with our vacation in this house! The house is very nice, clean, a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance of several restaurants. Owner provides many extra conveniences not normally found with other properties.......the provided beach towels and beach chairs saved us alot of space by not having to pack these items. The beach cart was also a nice extra! The check in and check out procedures were super easy and we were even notified when the house was ready a couple of hours prior to actual check in time! Owner was extremely responsive to any inquiries we may have had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house even better location

The house is situated a very short walk from the beach so it’s easy to go back and forth. It is also right across the street from a convenience store if you need some odds and ends. The house was in great shape and very comfortable and clean.

Perfect Extended Family Vacation Property

This was our first VRBO experience and we're so happy we chose Jessica's beach home in PCB. The home was perfect for our extended family including 6 adults and the 3 kids under the age of 3. Everyone had luxurious private bedroom/bath spaces and the group living spaces were spacious both inside and outside. We could tell Jessica put a lot of time in thoughtfully providing all the valuable amenities including towels, kids table service, beach chairs, pools toys and much more. We were so blessed by Jessica's personal attention helping us prepare for our trip by clarifying details and offering local recommendations. After we arrived, we had a few questions and small issues and Jessica responded very graciously each time within the hour. The whole family agreed that we wouldn't consider staying any place else on a future family vacation to PCB. Thanks for helping our family build great memories Jessica.

I'm a retire sailor who can't get away from the sea for too long. I use my vacation properties as my excuse to go the beach EVERY DAY. When on active duty, we were stationed in PCB from 2008-2011 and loved every minute of it. Our kids were at the perfect age to go swimming, scalloping and sailing right off out our back porch. And you can't beat the wonderful weather year round. This is our happy place after 28 years of active duty.

We loved the layout of the home and the private back yard. Having a master bedroom on the ground floor makes this house a great place with stay with extended family who cannot do steps easily.

Having two master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - makes this property great for those traveling with grandparents who prefer not to do stairs. It's also great for two families traveling together so each family gets a master bedroom.
