Comfy Cozy in Rexburg
Three bedroom, 1 1/2 bedroom townhouse that sleeps 7. 1458 square feet. Beds are comfortable with memory foam mattresses and 2 pillows per guest. Living room has a sectional that includes 2 reclining sections. Also has a reclining chair. Smart TVs in living room and master bedroom. DVD player in living room. Free Netflix. Good Wifi. Kitchen has most of the cooking items you would need to make meals for your family. Basic pantry items. Full range of kitchen appliances including toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, electric griddle. Iron, ironing board and blow dryer included. We have a high chair and pack and play. Luggage racks in master and queen bedrooms. Outdoor public play area for children. Convenient location just off highway 20. Less than 2 hours from Yellowstone, less than 1 hour from Targhee ski resort. Parking is right in front of the unit. Only two parking spaces allotted. No pets and no smoking. This property is run by a mom and dad (Tammy and Tyler) along with their daughter and son-in-law (Sarah and Kip). Tyler and Tammy live in CA and Kip and Sarah and their four children live in Rexburg. Tyler and Tammy plan to move to Rexburg part-time when we retire.
We love Rexburg and the small town feel. The people are so friendly. There is so much you can do in and around Rexburg. We love how quickly you can be in the countryside and explore rivers, areas with beautiful trees and animals, skiing in the winter, there are awesome lava tubes not far from town as well as sand dunes. Yellowstone is not far and it's amazing. There are rodeos, the 4th of July is amazing in Rexburg with a parade and fireworks. No matter what you want to do it's a fun place to be.

Why they chose this property
The property is comfortable yet affordable. The property is less than 15 years old. We newly renovated in January of 2020. There are most of the conveniences you would have at home. Plenty of seating room, bed are super comfy with plenty of pillows. Parking is conveniently locate right in fron to the unit. There is an outside play area for the kids when there is not snow.
The townhouse is located 10 minutes from the center of town and BYU Idaho. It's right off the 20 freeway so it easy to access.

What makes this property unique
Sleep area is upstairs so if people are awake downstairs other guests can sleep undisturbed.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, many appliances. We have two new Smart TVs along with a DVD player in the living room. There are games and puzzles for kids and adults. We have a high chair and pack and play for younger children.
