Everything was just as described & Dominic was very easy to work with. Home could use a good deep cleaning (walls, couch, shower, & fridge were pretty dirty but not a showstopper). Soon after arriving, neighbor was pounding on the door threatening to call the cops if there was noise late. She did call them out the next afternoon because we had cars (legally) parked along the street. Cops shook their head & didn't even come over. Just a warning for future renters with plans for guests.
Overall we had an amazing time here at this property! The backyard oasis pretty much outweighs any of the downfalls of the home. For me, when staying in a warmer state I am very rarely inside the home so the outdoor space is very important to me. We had everything we really needed plus some in the outdoor space here. So much for the family and friends to do. The pool is amazing, pickleball court was so much fun, all of the other games were a blast and then when your ready to wind down for the night you can hangout and watch a movie outside under the gazebo.
As far as the inside- it’s definitely more of a bachelor pad style which for our laid back family of 5 was completely fine and comfortable for us.
The actual neighborhood seemed good and quiet with nice neighbors. There were some not so great areas nearby there but overall a good central location!
We had a blast and would definitely come back!
The place was awesome. Perfect location. The backyard…… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
My husband and I rented it last minute bc we had a few more ppl in our group back out of going to a festival. But , I’m glad it happened that way… we had the best time at the house. We played pickleball, basketball , worked on our chipping skillsl and chilled by the fire . The host was so accommodating. We didn’t need anything , but he made sure to let us know if we did…. He could make it happen. Def the best host we have ever had! Super laid back. Recommend anyone who is visiting St. Petersburg to book this home. Unless it’s the week we want to go 😜
We had our wedding reception at this home. It was wonderful. Loved the little amenities like the ice maker and large Bluetooth speaker. Everyone love the pool table. For the short while that a few kids were over, they thoroughly enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, putting green and basketball hoop. Lots of outdoor seating was lovely for hanging out and the gas fire pit kept us cozy on the cool Florida evening. Better lighting/more mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice. Overall a fantastic place!

Never again until it’s cleaned
It’s filthy from the baseboards, walls, countertops to ceiling vents. The main bathtub stained and shower curtain mildewed. Shower water handles wobbling about to fall off. The water barely runs out the bathroom sink faucet. The toilet seat only had one bolt holding it in place, so that was an adventure. The king bed only had a fitted sheet and a comforter. When I informed him of this, he told me to “check the closet.” The sheets in the closet were balled up, stunk like they were in a dirty laundry basket. The 2 pillows on the king bed were standard size and flat as a board. The couch is comfy, but it smells like a dog. The 2nd bathroom: you have to walk through the disgusting garage to access it. It’s a framed sheetrock/stucco box with a toilet and shower, no sink.
The backyard is amazing, but the filth you have to live in to enjoy it, not worth it at all. Prior to booking I asked if he had offsite booking and he did offer a discount up front. Went to him directly instead of review bashing, because that’s not what we do, and lodged the complaints. He states that “I rent this place for $600 night, it’s a dog friendly home and I had it cleaned. I mean you’re really upset about this small stuff when there’s a 100k backyard?”
He left his own car in the driveway. We squeezed in behind him. He said “park in the street”, listing says use driveway. We were woken up next morning to stranger knocking, so we could move our car, because she was renting it for the weekend.
This rental is a very cool experience. We enjoyed the home and the spacious backyard which was recently renovated to include a pool, putting green, and an aquatic basketball experience. We would stay here again in an instant!
We had a small birthday party for a co-worker here and it was a great vibe! The outside areas made great for dispersing the crowd, the pool table saw use all night, and we had a nice putting around the fire pit as well. As there are only two bedrooms, we came prepared with an air mattress, so if you have additional sleepers, make sure you bring a spare cot, though the couch is plenty big and comfortable too. In addition, the one bathroom created some waiting times since there were no other restrooms, but nothing too prolonged. There are plenty of places to eat and grab groceries/necessities nearby. The driveway has enough room for four cars, but street parking is limited.Overall, this is a great spot for small groups or families looking for an easy-going, relaxed space to hang out and enjoy some quality time together.
My son and I stayed here for a few days during our recent visit to St. Pete. The location was perfect- a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, & grocery stores within a couple miles. It was super hot in St. Pete & so nice to come “home” to a quiet house, where the a/c was nice & cool. We had a great time playing pool & relaxing in the covered, outdoor space in the evenings. We didn’t bring our dogs, but they would’ve had plenty of space in the fenced backyard. The beds were comfortable & we loved the music/concert art. The only “issue” we had was that the deadbolt on the back door (in the kitchen) wouldn’t catch. Other than that, it was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Pete, if it’s available. Thank you Dominic for sharing your home with us!
Dominic was a great host. I was able to communicate with him when needed, check in process was smooth. I love everything about the house, the decor, and amenities were a really cool vibe. There was a pool table that was very popular with my guests and I, a lot of outdoor seating too which was lovely. Everything I needed was there for me and more it was nice, clean, and cozy. I 100% recommend renting this property whether you are planning a party, or a trip to Saint Petersburg, where you need a place to stay :)
My friends and I enjoyed everything about our stay here. It also helped how close to Mazzaro’s we were. Check in was easy and communication with Dominic before and after our stay was clear. The backyard was where we spent most of our time by the fire pit and under the gazebo. The pool table got some good use as well. Beds were comfy. Enough towels were provided. Nothing negative to report during our stay. Beautiful and cozy home.
We had a family gathering in the area and were needing a place that could accommodate our dog. This house worked out great. Nice fenced in yard and our dog loved the doggie door to the backyard. We enjoyed the pool table in the evenings. The kids even learned a bit by rolling the balls to hits the others haha. It was a great location for our needs. Nice family neighborhood with a rec center around the corner with a park.

The air conditioner worked great. Good lighting and lots of TV options. Could not find wi-fi even tho host gave us the codes. Looked good in the pictures; baseboards very dirty. Blinds broken and slats missing. No blinds at all on the sliding door or the back door. Advertised as two bathroom--the second bathroom was in the hot, dirty garage. Stove-top, and counters not clean. Bed was very comfortable. Backyard nice, although we did not use the fire pit or outside table--rusty seats at the table. For us, the best part was it was near our son, and the host allowed our two dogs, which is why we chose that spot. We later found It was far more expensive compared to other folks we know who stayed in that area, too, with their dogs.
The house was in a great location and very quiet neighborhood.
The house is perfect for gatherings. The back yard was great for relaxing and for the fur babies. The property manager was very responsive for any inquiries. We enjoyed our stay at this property.
My husband and I had to stay at this home for about 10 days and it was absolutely perfect. Awesome communication from the owner and my dogs were all happy and relaxed as well.
This has been the best rental for our family to date! Great communication and property to boot! Host kept in good contact and the house with HUGE fenced yard was perfect for our three small dogs. Kudo’s to the owner for the ease of checking in/out and answering any questions we had.
Although I didn’t bring any dogs, this is definitely a dog friendly home. I rented this property to host a party with friends and family, had a great time. The pool table and the backyard was great for entertainment. Dom was very kind.
We had a great time in St. Pete. The home is very comfortable and convenient to downtown and the beaches. Darts and pool table were great fun. Dominic is very friendly and responsive.
