Great vacation.
Last minute trip and turned out great. Condo was exactly as described and very well stocked and clean. Sally was absolutely great to deal with and so nice would definitely book on of her properties again.

Perfect Beach view
Sally has a wonderful condo on the beach with great beach views. We enjoyed watching the Pelicans, Osprey, and seagulls fly by every day. We also thoroughly enjoyed watching the many dolphin pods swim by and play. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We LOVED the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The grocery store was nearby as well as restaurants, a nature preserve, and pretty much anything you would need or want. We would definitely stay here again as we have no complaints.

Perfect Vacation!
We stayed for 8 nights in August. Sally was a great host and communicated with us extremely well. The property is very well maintained and was exactly as described. The views from the kitchen, living room, master suite, and balcony were amazing. Shopping and Restaurants are conveniently located near the condo. One of our favorite restaurants is Louisiana Lagniappe. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back again. Excellent experience!!

The place was very nice! Having 2 pools was great for our kids and being so close to the beach was nice as they loved going back and forth. We loved the condo perfect for the 5 of us! Sally was an awesome host always in touch. We hope to be back!

Wonderful condo with great view! Nice layout with all the amenities we wanted or needed. The owner Sally was a pleasure to work with in rental details as well as much useful info for local doings. Superb location as our interests centered on beach and nature walks from Dauphin to Ft Pickens. We will be back!

Anniversary stay
The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular! We got beautiful sunrise pictures. Dolphins swam by everyday that we stayed. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. Gulf shores is a very short drive away where there are even more restaurants and things to do. Wolf Bay restaurant across the street is a great place to eat. Check out Fish City Grill in gulf shores, it’s an awesome restaurant. If you want a great dessert try The Yard it’s fantastic. The owner Sally was awesome to work with.

Wonderful week at Romar Place 404
This is a beautiful condo with a fantastic beach view and great location. Well maintained and the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked, very comfortable beds, nice bed linens and towels and everything labeled. Sally, the owner, is just the best! From reservations to check out she covers every detail and is available to help make your stay a memorable experience. This was a Spring girls trips and we were all very pleased with our vacation week. Would highly recommend!

As described and then some!
This condo, and it's owner Sally, are both absolutely amazing! The condo is GORGEOUS! Only steps from the beach and minutes from anything you would want to visit. We found all of the beds to be comfortable, including the 2 rollaways. Everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen is already there. Sally is more than generous. You won't be disappointed. We WILL be back!

Gem on the Beach!
I absolutely LOVED everything about this home. It was beautifully decorated, well-stocked , VERY comfortable from the towels to the sheets, to the furniture. It was just minutes from grocery stores,( The Walmart by Sally was the BEST Walmart I've ever seen.) wonderful restaurants for every taste, entertainment for the entire family, and ....wait for it.......THE VIEW!!!! The patio is amazing with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I just can't think of one area that Sally can improve on. I am a VRBO owner myself, and I have to say that I learned a few things from her! You can NOT go wrong with this rental. It's PERFECT!!!

Stunning 4 bedroom at The Enclave
The Owner is fantastic. Communicated immediately after I made the booking and was helpful and went out of her way to make our stay perfect from the very beginning. The Condo is conveniently located across from the Strip Mall with Walmart. Many great restaurants are close by so it's easy to walk or drive. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels, washcloths, and other supplies that were helpful to have available. The outdoor closet stocked with some beach items was extremely useful! We had a few things but not much room to bring things back so it was nice to borrow some items and return those before we headed home. We even added a few new items to the collection to show our appreciation! Definitely recommend booking this unit if you are looking for something to sleep a large group! Thanks again Sally! My little one was all smiles the entire trip and that was so important to me!!
