Completely remodeled home in 2021. Enjoy our updated two bedroom and 1 1/2 bath home that overlooks a picturesque lake view.

This residence is an ideal location, being 75 feet from your own semi-private beach and cove. Feel free to park your boat on the beach and walk up to your private retreat. Relax on the deck overlooking stunning views of Lake Havasu and the surrounding mountains.

There are three available parking spaces at the residence. There are also extra amenities just walking distance which include laundry, extra showers, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and a recreation area.

Peaceful Retreat

The property’s location was perfect for a getaway on the water with quick access by car or boat to restaurants. The home itself was well kept and included all the kitchen amenities to be able to cook a home cooked meal. The porch and big living room windows gave a breath taking view of the lake with incredible sunrise. 10/10 would stay at this location again.

My husband and I brought our 10-year old son and we loved it! The combination of having the lake and community pool are needs for us. The views from the living room and deck were my favorite part-aside from an exuberant neighbor occasionally being loud it was relaxing and always gorgeous! The private beach was full of boats on a busy holiday weekend so it wasn’t conducive to hanging out down there but plenty of shells and water to dip our feet in:) The layout and bedrooms had everything and the space is well laid out. Plenty of useable kitchenware. Highly recommend!

Nice house but did not find private loading dock and no good swimming areas since surround my boats
