A cozy little cabin with our own private hot tub steps from the front door! Well maintained place with lots of little things to make it homey. Close to RMNP and downtown. We will definitely stay here again!
The hot tub was right on time. I was in it Saturday morning when a resort worker walked up to check on everything. Impressive. The entire unit was clean and comfortable. Loved the wood-burning fireplace. If I could suggest one thing, it would be boot trays by the front door. Will def return.
We love this little spot. Always nice and clean. Perfect location for privacy. We love to sit out on the deck to look at the beautiful rock formations. Will keep coming back. Thank you.
Great little cabin with all the amenities. Clean & comfortable. Responsive & helpful. My only suggestion would be to have at least one bundle of wood at the cabin for the fireplace. We enjoyed our stay & will rent again.

Overall Good
Overall it was nice. Could use some updating and not as clean as expected for the cleaning fee. The baseboards are gross and the bathroom looks dirty because it is old. Funky smell and is part of a duplex. The photo indicates it is a stand-alone cabin. But has pretty views and was quiet. Nice deck (needs some TLC). Also firewood would have bee a nice perk.
We absolutely LOVED our stay for a week. Communication, check in, check out and the hot tub were fantastic. We needed more hangers and had to go purchase some from the dollar store. 3 hangers each is not enough when you stay more than a few days. The kitchen doesn’t have many items to cook with. We had to wash and reuse a bowl while cooking. That was a bit frustrating. The bed was fabulous!! We had to use our own extension cord to use the dvd player but everything works and the TV was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful, clean, quiet cabin and we loved it all. We would recommend it.
Cabin was very clean and was as pictured, hot tub was amazing and it was the perfect location for shopping in downtown Estes and for hiking in RMNP. Saw some wildlife on the property as well.
The smoke alarms must be very sensitive because whenever I made toast the fire alarm would go off but I easily shut it off haha. Just happy they work!
Property was clean. Hot tub was great with amazing view of the stars. Deck was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Thought we would be within walking distance from downtown but had to drive & try to find a place to park. Peaceful & relaxing vacation.
This was our first time to colorado. We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was just as expected. Itnwas a quiet area.and easy to find. We had an issue getting the lock open on the hot tub and they came and helped right away. We would stay again!
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Short distance to all of the attractions of Estes. Hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. We wanted to watch our college football game and the tv had a lot of channel options, so we were able to catch it!
We enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was nice. It’s only a couple miles from the park entrance so great location. The only negative we experienced was that the wifi was weak in some places of the cabin.
This is a cozy cabin that is very close to everything yet feels almost like you are hidden away in the mountains.
Very nice layout. Perfect for our romantic get away where we spent most days on long hikes in RMNP. It was great to be able to relax afterwards in the (very clean and well maintained) hot tub. You are close to the road but we didn’t notice the traffic noise at all.
The back of the cabin is directly facing a rock incline where we frequently saw a young buck and other wildlife.
Couple of very minor things that I thought it would be nice for others to know that were fine with us but that we noticed:
Kitchen is well stocked with basic cookware and oil, salt/pepper but if you plan to cook a lot there aren’t things like spices
The microwaves turntable isn’t correct and doesn’t spin
Dimly lit throughout the cabin including the bathroom
There is no dvd player in the bedroom and the dvd player in the living room makes the movie picture tiny on the tv screen
Also, this is on us for not properly reading the description, there is no air conditioning. The week we stayed it was fine but the week before the highs were in the 90s. Even with it getting so cool at night I could see it being uncomfortable during the day. Several high powered fans are provided.
We had a fantastic stay and would stay here again.
Nice property but dated. Main driveway tough to exit. Hot tub nice plus.
