Bohème chic

La maison est bien situé à l'écart de la Rochelle dans un petit hameau du non de l'Houmeau. C'est une maison d'artiste avec nombreux objets nous le rappelant. La piscine couverte a été un plus, à l'abri du vent avec sa serre qui la chauffe. Notre bémol se porte sur l'entretien générale de la maison qui pourrait être plus soigné. Nous avons eu le désagrément de ne pas trouver la cuisine nettoyée de fond en comble (vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle, évier et robinetterie non nettoyés, traces de gras sur le frigo,etc). Chambres et salle de bain agréables.

maison originale et piscine incroyable

maison originale decorée avec goût. La cuisine verriere climatisée est très bien equipée et la buanderie avec son grand frigo, son lave linge et seche linge est très pratique. La piscine couloir de nage est magnifique, grande propre et utilisable par tout temps grâce a sa verrière qui s'ouvre et se ferme suivant le temps. L'environnement très calme et en même temps proche des commerces et de l'ile de ré. Merci a Eric car nous avons passé un super séjour et nous reviendrons surement.

Calme et reposant

Très bon séjour, on se sent chez soi avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La piscine couverte superbe quelle que soit la météo et petit bout de jardin agréable. Commerces accessibles à pieds. On est tenté de revenir l'année suivante en espérant cette fois pouvoir utiliser les vélos !

Un havre de paix coloré

Jolie maison de vacances avec une décoration atypique, dans un quartier très calme, agréable à vivre. Une semaine ne suffit pas pour profiter de la maison/piscine et visiter la région. Les vélos à disposition sont un vrai plus : l'île de Ré à vélo est très agréable. Dans le jardinet mis à disposition, mention spéciale pour le basilic citron qui a été une belle découverte culinaire !

Vacances détente à La Rochelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d’Éric, spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est super et le jardin sans vis à vis et au calme a été un vrai plus. La Rochelle à 10mn en voiture. Je recommande ce logement pour des vacances en petite famille.

Maison originale, avec une belle piscine (couloir de nage d'une vingtaine de mètres), et un petit jardin agréable avec deux terrasses.

Maison magnifique et très agréable

Maison très belle, magnifiquement décorée et très agréable ! Tout est là pour passer un très bon séjour bbq transats etc. Petit jardin mignon et environnement calme. Emplacement idéal près de l'océan, près de la Rochelle ! Des petits restaurants sur l'océan à 5 min, commerces à 15 min à pieds ! Piscine qu'on peut utiliser par tous les temps...elle s'ouvre pour profiter du soleil et se ferme lorsqu'il pleut.

Tres bon sejour et maison fort agreable a la hauteur de nos esperances. Toutefois on peut regretter les methodes d'Abritel : caution encaissee des la reservation, pas encore rewtituee !
