Perfect Summer Getaway with a Large Pool and Idyllic View

We had an amazing time at this holiday accommodation. We were especially impressed by the large pool, which provided the perfect refreshment on hot summer days. The view of the nearby horse paddock was simply breathtaking and added to the relaxed atmosphere. The house remained pleasantly cool throughout our stay, which was ideal during the summer. Our host, Luc, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

Sérénité

Petit maisonnette au calme complet. Piscine juste devant. Région magnifique. Pas très loin des plages et des ports. Notre hôte Luc d’une grande gentillesse et d’une très grande discrétion en restant à l’écoute. Séjour parfait !!! Seul petit bémol le gîte est assez humide, mais il y a un déshumidificateur très efficace.

Bel emplacement si vous aimez la nature. Vos seuls voisins sont les chevaux du proprietaire qui est tres discrèt. Proches commerces et sites touristiques.

Un petit paradis pour amoureux de la nature et du calme

Endroit idyllique pour vous reposer : verdure, calme, silence, piscine, chevaux. Petite maison conforme à la description et très confortable pour un séjour à la campagne. Luc, notre hôte, a été bienveillant avec toute la discrétion nécessaire pour respecter notre intimité et notre tranquillité. Vous êtes proche du passage du Gois (10 minutes), de Port de bec(10 minutes), de St Jean de Monts (15 minutes) et en poussant, vous arrivez à la très belle station balnéaire de St Gilles de Croix de Vie. Pour les propriétaires de véhicules électriques, 2 bornes de recharges rapide à Beauvoir sur Mer. 5 jours extraordinaires !

Un petit coin de paradis

Petite cabane idéale et charmante pour profiter de la région. Au calme dans un coin bucolique avec une très belle piscine, un beau terrain, des chevaux mais proche de tout pour bouger et visiter. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce petit moment. Luc est à la fois disponible et discret, un super hôte!

Joli cadre mais mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Le cadre champêtre et la maisonnette sont jolis. Mais quand y regarde de plus près, beaucoup de détails sont ou cassés ou mal adaptés. Il ne faut pas non plus avoir peur des toiles d'araignée.

Petit coin de nature intime

Un petit pied à terre dans un cadre de nature qui vous ramène aux choses simples et sans chichis. La piscine est un plus très agréable et l accueil de l'hôte est chaleureux. Nos chiennes se sont bien amusees en plus ;)

Fabulous retreat with own pool

We stayed for a week in July and had an amazing time. First the host … Luc really gave us our privacy .. on hand if ever we needed him but we felt like we really were on our own … the gite is a small addition to his home .. screened from the main house …set in beautiful mature gardens with both sunny and shaded areas we bought our dog and the garden is totally secure which really made our break easier … open plan small basic room with separate shower /wc. Lots of room storage and clothes rail for clothes , breakfast bar and everything you will need in a kitchen … outside we also had small table and chairs and lounge seats …. The large pool is just fabulous and looks out over 2 horses in a field … it’s clean cool and has comfortable loungers. Location. Tricky to find on the sat nav but once you have driven a couple of times it’s easier to find … 5 minute drive to the village which has anything you need .. 2 large supermarkets and lovely church square … vendee is a fabulous region and I would definitely stay with luc again if I returned to the area Thank you luc ! Très très bon séjour ou se sent couper du quotidien des l’arrivée propriétaire très gentil et serviable le plaisir de se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux et une jolie vue sur les chevaux et profiter de la piscine… le top!!!

Calme et tranquillité

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette location, la disponibilité et la discrétion du propriétaire. L'endroit est parfait et la piscine est vraiment un plus. Seul petit bémol, l'absence de télévision peut être gênante en cas de mauvais temps prolongé.

Séjour au calme

Maisonnette/studio idéale pour un couple. Équipement intérieur sans superflu. Exterieur top avec belle piscine "que pour nous".Aucun vis à vis. Aucun bruit. Propriétaire très discret. Proximité de la côte pour de belles visites comme Noirmoutiers ou île d Yeu par exemple. Nous avons passé une belle semaine.

Beauvoir sur Mer

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das kleine Häuschen für meinen Mann und mich aufgrund der Enge nicht ganz kompatibel war. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da es keine Treppe gab und die Leiter aufgrund einer vorhandenen Gehbehinderung nicht nutzbar war. Dies war auf den Fotos so nicht zu sehen. Die Umgebung des Häuschens ist sehr schön, wunderbar ruhig und etwas für Naturliebhaber - die Pferde des Gastgebers auf der benachbarten Koppel, ein kleines Biotop mit Fröschen..... Luc war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.
