5 BDRM 2 Living HUGE deck! Sleeps 12!

The home has been renovated in 2019 with ALL new flooring and kitchen! It is perfectly updated while keeping the nostalgic charm of a Pinetop cabin. The family room has plenty of seating, a flat screen tv and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with a breakfast bar that seats 3 and an 8 seat dining table. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs including the master with an ensuite full bathroom as well as a full hallway bathroom. The upstairs a large Second living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom. The decks are a treat! The front deck has a 2 person swing and conversational chairs. The covered back deck has a woodburning fireplace, comfortable lounge seating, fun hanging chairs, dining table and chairs AND a grill. Washer and dryer for your convenience. The lot is large with many trees and plenty of parking. Guests have access to the garage and numerous bikes to ride around the country club. National forest access is visible from the front door.

Great Home!

This was a wonderful home for our family gathering. There are plenty of bedrooms, and bathrooms, and the living area and kitchen are comfortable and very easy to work in. We would highly recommend this property.

Best Christmas

Thank you for allowing us too enjoy your property. It was amazing and my family enjoyed it. First night it snowed and my family had there first snow Christmas. Plenty of space and easy parking for two trucks with trailers. Easy route to use the rzr and dirt bikes. My family really enjoyed them selfs and love the fire pits you have there. Over all everything was Perfect and amazing. Thank you again.

Fall retreat

The location was perfect for forest exploration, yet so close to town. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to stretch out. Well equipped kitchen so we could fix family meals and then enjoy outdoors. We would have used the outdoor fireplace, which owner had wood ready but were too exhausted after day of exploring! The owners are very quick to respond and accommodating.

Great time in Pinetop

Family had great time, went fishing, shopping, dinning, and best of all I took my car to car show. Only bad thing NO dogs.Would rent again.

This property worked out great for our family, enough room to move around and not be on top on each other. Great patio's and just down the road to perfect hiking on state forest land.

Perfect Cabin in the Woods

My family stayed in this cabin over a long weekend. We highly recommend this property! It was clean, beds were comfy, lots of room for everyone, WiFi worked great. The owners had good communication and lots of great instructions while staying at the property The best part was that the kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking dishes - which was important for us since we cook all our meals at home. We loved this place!

Very cozy

Our family needed to get away safely, and this how was perfect to do that. It was quiet, had fun things to do on site, our favorite being pool and picking up pine cones! Short distance from fishing and stores. The front and back porches are to die for. We sat out there for hours, drinking coffee, hanging s’mores, or just swinging on the swings! The owner was very responsive and had great suggestions! Would love to return someday!

Grandma's birthday in the Pines

We rented this cabin for my Mom's 73rd birthday get together with my Dad, sisters, my daughter and nephew. It was just what my Mom wanted! The sitting areas inside and out were wonderful, just enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably and enjoy the weather. The kitchen was spacious and had all we needed for cooking, and the pool table upstairs was a great bonus! The beds were super comfy too. Would definatley rent this cabin again :)

Fall Guys trip

Our group was a bunch of guy friends and we had a very nice time at the property. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and it was all situated in a nice wooded area. The first couple days of our week’s trip, the entire west coast was having a heat wave (much more above normal temps) and since there was no central AC, it was a touch warm inside. Not a huge deal, but if your trip has unusually high temperatures in the forecast, maybe bring an extra fan to help. The house was well equipped and we had everything there that we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back porch with a fire going and just talking together and sharing stories. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no problem cooking great meals every night of our stay. Plenty of space in the house so no one felt cramped. We very much appreciated the chance to stay here. Thanks to the owners for providing a nice getaway! -DZ-

Great Vacation!!

Two families enjoyed this great house in Pinetop. House was big enough for both families to stay comfortably. Enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches, going for bike rides in the morning, and hiking. Looking forward to returning!!

Great Pinetop Getaway

We had an amazing time. Great house, lots of room. Well stocked kitchen for meals in. Loved the pool table, front and back decks and bikes. Great location! We would love to come back.
