About this property

La Roche - Saintines

Between Senlis and Compiègne, come and eat in a charming village 30 minutes north of Roissy CDG airport, 20 minutes from Parc Asterix. Enjoy the garden and the riversides as well as the calm to rest ... We can accommodate 15 people.

We have 5 bedrooms: One bedroom with a king size double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed 140cm X 190cm. The 3rd bedroom has 1 bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and 2 single beds (which can be pushed together). The 5th bedroom has a double bed and a fold-out sofa.
You can have breakfast on our outdoor terrace which borders a 4 hectare garden. At your disposal: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 WCs.

Ideally located, our village is near Roissy CDG, amusement parks (Parc Astérix, La Mer de Sable, Disneyland Paris) and the most beautiful tourist sites in the region (Châteaux de Chantilly, Pierrefonds, Compiègne, Senlis).

Gorgeous Villa
We were a family party of 7 adults and 4 children and stayed in this beautiful villa in August 2023. Everybody had a fantastic time enjoying all the facilities. Especially the pool, games room, hot tub, sauna and many outdoor games. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Disney Land, Asterix World and Paris were only an hour away. Sandrine and Willy were always on hand for any advice and were lovely people. We would all love to stay again.

The weather was not as good as desired, however plenty of our planned activities could be achieved : bike trip to Compiegne along the Oise river, walk in the woods, one day visit to Paris with Beaubourg and Pantheon highlights, much swimming and spa and reading or watching film on big screen (with available beamer) when the rain was too heavy for outside activities. Briefly, it was a good week to enjoy together with the family. The hosts were discretely present and willing to help or service whenever needed. Recommend strongly this accomodation.

Brilliant Week Away with the Family
Thirteen of us ranging from 6 to 57yrs old and there was something for everyone. The house is spacious and family friendly. Lovely bedrooms and great kitchen social area. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery etc. The pool was a god send with the hot weather and the kids as well as adults enjoyed it very much. The location was good for us and we went to Chateau Pierrefonds, which is a lovely few hrs of history, Parc Astrix… brilliant and Paris. We caught the train from Crepey en Valois into Gare de Nord for Paris, no issues at all. Used the Big Bus hop on hop off again great to see everything, especially with little ones. The projector was great for a film night if you have a lap top and Netflix or something like. The hosts were brilliant with communicating before the trip and are onsite if you need anything. The place is also very secure with gates should you have small children. It is somewhere we would consider coming back to but with an all adult group this time.

Perfekte Location für den Familienurlaub
Als erweiterte Großfamilie mit 12 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern (0-5) haben wir unsere Urlaubswoche in diesem schönen und großzügig gestalteten Haus und Anwesen sehr genossen. Sehr viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Sandrine und Willi sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. ... und das Highlight bei den heißen Temperaturen war der Pool - einfach cool! Wenn's sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne mal wieder.

Sandrine et Wilfried sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Ils ont le sens de l'accueil et sont toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. La maison est vaste et fonctionnelle, très joliment décorée. Les 4 salles de bains et toilettes sont un plus. La rivière, le grand jardin, la table de ping-pong, le spa et bientôt la piscine sont des plus très appréciables. Encore un grand merci. nous reviendrons très bientôt.

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour de 3 jours dans cette belle maison (décorée) pour Noël 2020. La maison est belle et bien entretenue. Les pièces sont spacieuses et bien meublées. La cuisine est pratique et suffisamment équipée ! Les propriétaires étaient faciles à contacter et nous ont répondu très rapidement. Les deux petits bémols à prendre en compte sont les escaliers (2 étages à monter et un à descendre pour accéder à 2 chambres) qui peuvent être gênant pour des personnes âgées ou des jeunes enfants et une insonorisation légère (les pleurs des bébés s'entendaient bien dans les étages). Mais ca n'a absolument pas changé notre appréciation de la maison. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien ! Il y a aussi un grand jardin qui doit être sympa aux beaux jours.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Tout était parfait. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux, les lits confortables, la déco, le grand jardin, tous les jeux à disposition,.... Bref, il ne manquait de rien. La propriétaire a surtout su rester discrète et disponible à la fois. Merci encore pour cette prestation de très grande qualité !

Notre séjour s'est déroulé l'espace d'un week end (2 nuits), nous étions 15 amis, tous étudiants. La maison est très propre et très agréable à vivre. Possibilité de se baigner dans la rivière très rafraîchissante par un temps caniculaire. Très grand jardin. La communication avec les propriétaires s'est très bien déroulée, à l'écoute de nos demandes. Accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande à 100%

Tolle Unterkunft - großzügig und geschmackvoll
Sehr schön renovierte alte Mühle mit großer Wohnküche als Raum für größere Gruppen und 6 wohnlichen Schlafzimmern, großzügigem Aussenbereich und guter Ausstattung. Sehr zu empfehlen - und nette Gastgeber!

Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour à 16 au gîte de la roche, il n’y a rien à redire, tout est la en arrivant, les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et agréables. Concernant le gîte, il en est de même, on se sent comme chez soi très agréable très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût, tout comme le jardin et la terrasse. Je recommande ce gîte sans hésiter.
