This adorable 3BR/2.5BA cottage has that "Old Florida" style appearance on the outside and modern interior finishes and furnishings on the inside. If you are looking to get away from the crowds, you will LOVE Molokai Villas which is located in the heart of laid-back Perdido Key, Florida (a 15-mile barrier island). Molokai Villas has 14 stand-alone villas with only 4 direct beachfront cottages like this you have private covered parking and a huge Gulf-front balcony to relax, listen to the waves kiss the shore or watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the beach, enjoy lazy days in the pool or dock your boat at Molokai Villas docks across the street. This cottage has all the modern conveniences. The spacious kitchen has great Gulf views, new stainless appliances , full pantry (very convenient!) and is stocked full of fabulous kitchenware sure to please the most discerning cook.

Perfect location

My husband and I flew in from Michigan, my daughter her husband their two Month Old flew in from Denver. We stayed here for five nights. They really have thought of everything at this house. Well appointed, comfortable beds, lots of light and comfortable living area. Proximity to beach is probably one of the closest you will find and we’ve stayed at many in the area over the years. Everything was just great.

Hidden Treasure

Our girls’ group has been going to the beach annually around this time of year for several years…this was all-around our FAVORITE place ever!!! We usually stay in a high-rise condo, but we loved the quiet serenity of the beach cottage. Everything was perfect!!

Beutiful location! Great beach access. Loved coffee on the deck in mornings and drinks on the deck in evening. We came to celebrate daughter's Spring Break from college. Would have been nice if the Kitchen was stocked with a couple of larger pots and skillet. For a group of 6 or more the pots were limited. Also there were no hand towels in bathrooms. Nicities that would make the location extra great.

Great place on the beach

My extended family and I had a great time. We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary together. We loved the short walk to the beach and the home was lovely. My kids enjoyed all the beach toys and floats. There was some construction around which made it a little hard at first, but the owner was quick to help us with that situation. I would recommend to a friend.

Great Trip

We had a great week! The owner was always quick to respond to any needs or concerns. The condo itself is AMAZING! BEST stocked kitchen I’ve ever had at a rental property. They have thought of everything! I loved all the hooks in the master bathroom. Plenty of room for bathing suits & towels. The beach wasn’t crowded. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Getaway

We’ve stayed at Molokai for over 25 years, but never A4. It was perfection. The decor, view, comfort and ease of access was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back and make many more family memories. Thanks to the hostesses for a wonderful family getaway.

Amazing views

Views were very nice along with the beach. Rental definitely needs some updates. The furniture in living room was pretty worn along with the area rugs which both needed cleaned. There was some kind of mold around vents in bathrooms. Walkway to beach needs some work. They had a hurricane a couple years ago so maybe it has to do with that. Pictures online do not totally reflect the inside.

Perfect beach location

This property is amazing! The view from the patio as well as the beach access was top notch. The beach was never crowded and the access to beach chairs, etc. made all the difference. The property was clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. The communication with the host was easy. The check-in and check-out information was well displayed and not overly complicated. The only comment I can make is that the parking under the unit was not available and given the limited parking available it did make the parking situation a bit of a challenge.

Beautiful house

Great view of ocean from living area and deck. Good location.Everything you need is provided, beach towels, beach chairs. Kitchen is well equipped; however has an induction stovetop and a lot of pots and pans will not work. Need to provide instructions on how to operate the stovetop. Short easy walk to beach. Construction going on next door. Cannot park under house as shown, due to being roughed in. Parking was the only negative due to construction.

Great Place to Stay

Overall this is great property. This is our second time staying at this property and was not disappointed. The direct access to the beach and views from the property are spectacular. The access to the pool is great to take a break from the beach. We typically don't stay at the same location twice to have a new experience each year but we enjoyed it that much we had to stay again.
