Rustige buurt

Het appartement is heel ruim , het is ingericht in de vroegere ontbijtzaal van la joli brise op het gelijkvloers en net naast de inkompoort van de parking. Het appartement zelf is redelijk donker. Privé parkingplaats aanwezig, gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Wandelafstand naar centrum en haven (+/- 10min)

bon emplacement dans la ville mais les extérieurs de l'appartement ne sont pas très agréables, route d'un côté et stationnement de voitures de l'autre avec une laverie juste à côté de la porte

Er is geen terras, geen patio zoals vermeld in de advertentie.

Er is geen terras en geen patio zoals vermeld in de advertentie. Je kijkt uit op de parking. Je kijkt uit op het washok waar de wasmachine en droogkast staan te draaien, piepen wanneer de was klaar is. Tot je zelf de machines moet afleggen. Veel heen - en weer passeren van andere bewoners voor hun was op - en af te halen. Het interieur is volledig nieuw en mooi. Maar het heeft een heel afgesloten gevoel. Net een bunker ... het ruikt naar een bunker omdat het er heel donker is. Je kan de gordijnen en vensters niet open laten omdat iedereen volledige inkijk heeft vanop de parking. Overdag moet je het licht aanleggen omdat het te donker is. Het zonnige en mooie eiland Île de Ré is zeer contrasterend met het donkere en ongezellige appartement. In dialoog gaan met de eigenaar lukt niet. De eigenaar ratelt door, je kan je verhaal niet doen. Het wordt afgewimpeld ... Het was niet de bedoeling om in discussie te gaan, vandaar dat ik het gesprek beëindigd heb. Besluit: het mooie interieur op de foto's kloppen, maar is zeer onaangenaam daar het een afgesloten appartement is. Er is geen terras en geen patio. Familie Debrabandere-Oosterlynck
