Great condo/location

The condo was great for our family of 5. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. My kids loved the heated bathroom floors and towel warmers! Location was great and within walking distance to most things. We would definitely stay again!

Free EV charging in parking garage. Clean well accomodated. Tons of coffee supplies. They thought of everything. Probably the best stay i've had in a vrbo property.

Weekend in Traverse City

Property was exactly as described. It’s very close to all the downtown area has to offer. Parking will cost you $20 per night but the garage is right next to the property making it easy to get in and out should you have to go anywhere that can’t be done on foot. Place is very clean

Great place to stay downtown

This place was great to stay downtown. We have stayed in multiple places a few actually in the exact building and this place by far exceeded our expectations. It was the best one we have stayed at. Very updated and my husband loved the Sonos bars for the TVs and all the rooms. I also liked that they were stocked up on supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. That has been an issue in the past as well at other rentals. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to stay there again in the future. Highly recommend.

Successful Girl’s Weekend

Property was comfortable and well-stocked with everything from coffee and creamer to Ziploc bags and paper towels to hair dryers and curling irons. The host Ryan was easy to reach when the door code was incorrect and he sent the correction right away. The only negative thing was completely out of the host’s hands: noisy birds woke one bedroom’s guests at 4am daily.

Excellent Condo

The condo is in downtown Traverse City within walking distance of everything. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Two minor items. Other downtown properties offer a prepaid pass to the parking structure, this one did not. Also, the sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on if you are inclined to watch tv. Otherwise, a very good place to stay.
