You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.

The apartment is ideally located in the area of the Opera, Galeries Lafayettes and department stores. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also located right next door.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room where you can meet comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 10 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Great location and size for family visit

We stayed in this apartment with 3 adults and 2 children and really enjoyed it. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could need for a visit to Paris in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The property managers were very helpful and proactive throughout the process which ensured a smooth check in process. Location was wonderful, many shops, bistros and bakeries within a few blocks of the flat. Metro is also extremely close by and made it very convenient to get around town. We did enjoy that this neighborhood seems less touristy and like a residential neighborhood. Gym also within two blocks with day/week passes if that’s a priority.

Paris vacation

This house was perfectly located near grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 8. Communication was easy and quick.

This is a fun location just blocks from the metro and lots of fun places to try out. Very clean, comfortable, and nice size for a Paris apartment.

Great size, great location

This is really a central location, we walked to almost all major attractions , museums, etc. Since we were 4 females the size of the apartment & the fact that there were 2 bathrooms really worked well for us. Well equipped large kitchen & dining area. Agents responded quickly when contacted, although there was a bit of a snag when we first arrived, which, I believe could have been handled better. We were tired from overnight flight and ended up waiting close to an hour in the rain for someone to come. We were not early & kept them posted of our arrival time from the time we got in taxi (which changed according to traffic, therefore unpredictable). All in all I do highly recommend.

Spacious Apartment in a Authentic Parisian Neighborhood

We were warmly greeted by our hosts Elise and Adonis. They gave a tour of the beautiful open concept flat. The flat is well appointed with all the essentials. Located near to two Metro stations, it is easy to tour the city. Most major tourist sites are within a 30-40 minute walk. We had 6 people ranging in age from 10 to 80 and everyone loved it!! We book again in a heartbeat.

Great location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The apartment is in an area that is easy to get around in and we truly enjoyed being immersed in the Parisienne neighborhood. There were excellent restaurants nearby and shops! Traveling on the trains and buses was also fairly easy, I highly recommend this apartment if your desire is to enjoy life in Paris!

Great place to gather, and to see Paris

Four nice sized bedrooms, all with big windows to the north. A big living room, and eat in kitchen, providing a comfortable place to gather as a family, cook, or eat croissants. Close to stores for fresh food, many restaurants, and two Metro stops, as well as Gare de L'Est and Gare de Nord. No air conditioning, but with fans, open windows at night, and closed drapes during the day, we were comfortable during the June heat wave (106 degrees one day). I would recommend this rental highly).
