Not what we expected
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

While there was plenty of space for our group of seven adults, we were surprised at how dingy and outdated it was. The unit was very clean, but it looks dirty because it obviously hasn’t been updated in quite sometime. The primary bathroom and bed were the most disappointing as neither came anywhere close to reflecting the price we paid for the unit. Parking is extra tight - two spaces per unit with additional spaces under the building. Unless you drive a really small car, you can’t get under the building. I think it goes without saying that the kitchen is as tired as the rest of the place. The outdoor furniture and the dining farm table were great. The den tv did not work. The internet could not keep up which was super frustrating. Another family may not find any fault with this unit, but we travel to the beach once each year (we treat our adult kids), and this was a disappointment. The customer service, however, was top notch.
