Very spacious and light apartment with a large west facing terrace over looking the bay and the mountains. Shady courtyard to rear, ideal for breakfasting in the morning sun. Less than 10 minutes walk to the center of town and port area. Nearest beach 100m. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Fully refurbished with smart TV, internet, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and central heating. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Garage. If you are new to Collioure be advised public parking in high season is incredibly difficult to secure , and very expensive: if looking to rent, make sure you have parking included.

Très belle vue de l'appartement . Piscine correcte mais compliqué d'y rester (extérieur en dalles de cailloux). Les plages de collioure sont petites et blindé de monde comme la ville d'ailleurs et beaucoup de cailloux. Les plages environnantes sont plus jolies mais parkings payants. Paysage magnifique mais beaucoup trop de monde!

Appartement au rez de chaussée dans un lotissement agréable, bien fleuri, tranquille ( au mois de Mai) , avec petit petit jardinet mais suffisant pour manger dehors ou faire bronzette, le tout très bien situé par rapport au centre de Collioure (Pas tout plat mais c'est la région à moins de 13 mn à pied ) avec garage ce qui est idéal pour la région. Fonctionnel, très propre bien exposé et clim si besoin dans chambre et salon. Donc au global à recommander pour passé un agréable séjour

We fell in love with Collioure two years ago : we love the mountains and the port, the artistic connections and the lovely history of anchovy fishing, the cooperative winery in the old convent, the walks from the windmill through an olive grove to the art gallery; the Catalan culture, the wonderful commitment of the town to live music, dance and children's entertainment.

Why they chose this property

We come from the rainy north of England so were drawn to the light and air quality in Collioure. We wanted an outside room not just a small balcony which only caught the sun for a short time of the day. Here we have a little courtyard at the rear of the property, which catches the sun in the morning, to take our coffee; and a large terrace for dining, or sitting and reading, which catches the sun all day . It has uninterrupted views of the mountains and you can look down at the port too. It had been refurbished to a really high standard and we are delighted with it, its location, its facilities, the lovely complex, the helpful guardien. We have equipped the kitchen well: we like to cook and put in good comms: internet, Smart TV: so for a longer break, you can really relax and feel at home in the apartment
