Belle location dans les pins

Endroit charmant et calme, à l'ombre des pins. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement à un quart d'heure à pied des plages Nord de Lacanau Océan. A noter le nombre impressionnant de piste cyclable. Nous recommandons cette location.

Petite maisonnette dans un lotissement vraiment calme, sous les pins, à 15 minutes à pieds de la plage nord. Idem pour le centre ville et à 30 minutes du lac à vélo. Bien décoré, juste le volet à réparer. Bref, excellent séjour.

Environnement agréable

Logement est dans un secteur calme . 1.5 km de la mer et des commerces . C est très pratique. Il faudrait prévoir une rallonge de chargeur car Il n y a pas de prise de courant dans la chambre. C est un peu difficile de charger le tel ou la tablette dans la chambre sans rallonge . Il faudrait prévoir également les linges de lit et les serviettes de bain.

Mon séjour à Lacanau Océan

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, super bien accueilli ..ce pavillon est ideale pour une petite famille ,un couple ou encore une personne seule.Tres bien situé au coeur de la pinède pour de belles balades a pied ou à vélo et proche de toutes commodités a 15 voir 20mn a pied du centre ville,de la plage centrale ou de la plage Nord . Arrêt de bus Marie Curie 702 Lacanau Océan/Bordeaux en bas de la résidence J'ai trouvé le logement très fonctionnel bien équipé et agencé . joliment décoré et surtout très propre . Je recommande vivement.pour ma part j'espère avoir l'occasion d'y revenir prochainement. Aussi j'aimerais remercier le propriétaire ainsi que Max pour l'accueil et la réception vacanciers. Au top 😀

A côté des pistes et de Lacanau Océan

Logement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, ou 1 adolescents. Dans les pins, vraiment pas loin du centre de Lacanau Océan. Nous avons eu des problèmes, mais le propriétaire a su réagir, même loin. Une personne et sur place pour nous accueillir et faire notre réception. Le propriétaire reste malgré tout joignable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Perfekte Unterkunft am Atlantik

Mediteran eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Etwas außerhalb des Ortes und sehr ruhig. Außer dem Meeresrauschen hört man hier nichts. Ein großer Raum, in dem Aufenthaltsbereich, Küche und Schlafsofa sind. Bei dem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa war ich erst mal skeptisch, aber das war prima zum Liegen. Ein kleines Bad und ein kleines Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett und eine Terrasse mit Tisch, Sonnenschirm, Grill und einem abschließbaren Verschlag. Hier waren unter anderem auch kleine Surfboards zu finden. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es am nahe gelegenen Campingplatz. Wer es größer braucht, kann nach Lacaneau-Océan (2 km), hier gibt es größere Einkaufsmärkte und natürlich Touri-Shopping-Läden. Wer hohe Wellen und große unendliche Strände mag, ist am Atlantik eh bestens aufgehoben. Für mich waren aber die sehr gut ausgeschilderten Radwege überraschend. Da kann man Richtung Nodern, Süden und ins Hinterland (zwei große Seen) sich mit dem Fahrrad richtig austoben.

Sauber, Zweckmässig und super Aussicht

Wir haben 12 Tage mit unseren beiden Töchter 8 und 9 in der Wohnung verbracht und hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Der Platz ist ausreichend und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.

Appartement idéal

Bien placé sur le port. une jolie vue. Quartier calme. Un service de conciergerie au top. Appartement très bien équipé et coquet. Suffisant pour un séjour d'une semaine avec une enfant de 5 ans. Proche du centre et commerces à proximité. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande sans problème.

Modernes und sauberes Apt. in ruhiger Gegend

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und war bei Ankunft in einem sauberen Zustand. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen ist herrlich und das Apt. befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Hafen und die Innenstadt (+ viele Restaurants) sind nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Einen Stern weniger (4 von 5) gibt es weil... 1) Leider sprach der Rezeptionist nur Französisch, kein Wort Deutsch und gar kein Englisch. Die Kommunikation war dadurch nicht einfach. 2) Neben dem Haus mit der Ferienwohnung steht ein verlassenes Hotel (?)/ Gebäude. Es wirkt bei Dunkelheit etwas gruselig, wobei das Viertel allgemein sehr schön (!) ist. 3) Die Klimaanlage im Apt. ist nicht mit den Klimaanlagen in Hotels vergleichbar. Ein Stück des Fensters muss stets geöffnet bleiben, da ein dicker Schlauch der Klimaanlage aus dem Fenster führt. Wir hatten das Bett direkt neben der Klima stehn, da die Kühlleistung nicht besonders stark war. Trotz dessen waren wir froh über die Klimaanlage in unserem Apt, denn die Nächte waren heiß in Gruissan und überall gab es Stechmücken. Fazit: Empfehlenswert!!!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit hohem Erholungsfaktor.

Saubere kleine Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Yachthafen, völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Aufenthalt mit bis zu vier Personen möglich, aber nicht zu empfehlen, da dann zu beengt. Gruissan ist ein schönes Feriendomizil, sehr schöne Altstadt kreisförmig um die auf dem Hügel stehende Burgruine gebaut. Sehr schöner Wochenmarkt samstags in der Altstadt! Auch der Yachthafen ist baulich schön gestaltet und mit zahlreichen Gastronomiebetrieben ausgestattet. Die gesamte Region bietet zahlreiche interessante Ausflugsziele, insbesondere für Burgen-Liebhaber (Catharer-Land).
