Come and enjoy the sea air in this magnificent two-room flat facing the large Sillon beach, with a breathtaking sea view. The flat is located on the 4th floor with lift of a recent luxury building. It comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, living room with double sofa bed, fully-equipped open kitchen, dining room, bedroom with double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds, closets and cupboards. Shower room and WC. Balcony with sea view. Private closed garage.

Great beach view location for easy access to the sand and the town. The bed is two singles put together and they separated during the night making it a little uncomfortable. Not a very comfortable couch and needs to include directions for the induction cooktop. No blinds on any windows and shutters work only in bedroom. Loved the security and quietness of neighbors.

Der Garagenplatz war sehr eng. Im Apartment konnte die Jalousie eines Fensters nicht hochgefahren werden, sodass ein Drittel des Apartments im Halbdunkel lag. Auf unsere Aufforderung, das zu reparieren, wurde noch nicht einmal reagiert."
