Nestled among a canopy of salt spayed live oaks, and magnolias, Sugar Magnolia is a gem of a house which sits within a 1-minute walk to the beach. Enjoy this colorful property, in a small neighborhood next to Grove by the Sea, on Scenic 30-A, in the coastal community of Seagrove Beach. Providing plenty of room for 8 guests, this updated 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath home has 3 decks and a private pool. Like many beach villas along the panhandle, this beach home enjoys a reversed layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs and the main living space, kitchen and master suite upstairs. Awaken to a courtyard garden and open the doors to enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck. The gourmet custom stainless-steel kitchen wraps around an oversized island that provides seating for 4. The open family room with a dining space that seats 6, also features dual sofas, flat screen TV, soundbar and extra seating on the perimeter of the room which allows the whole family to enjoy this beach home the way it was meant to be enjoyed…together. French doors take you out to the porch, which is surrounded by property’s live oaks, providing for outdoor seating and dining in treehouse like setting as you enjoy the coastal breeze.

A large pool deck offers plenty of space for lounging poolside and an additional dining table and grill makes this a perfect place to chill and relax outside. The pool can be heated for an extra $250 charge in the colder months.

Walk or bike to nearby shops and dining in Seagrove, Seaside and Watercolor. Enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, and kayaking, or just kick back and drink in the sunset as you bury your toes in the sand. Beach access is directly across the street, and about a 1-minute walk.

Spring Break

Beautiful family home

We loved our stay at Sugar Magnolia. It was perfectly suited for a family with young kids. The pool was well kept and the beach was quickly accessed across the street. There are a few beach items supplied which was a plus for us.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable home 1 block from the beach. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved the private pool. Great location on 30A. Sandpiper rentals made everything smooth and simple. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved the convenience of the house and beach:) We enjoyed the privacy on the deck with all of the trees. It felt like we were in a treehouse. The pool was a bonus. House had everything plus beach towels, wagons, beach chairs. I do wish they would have included all of that on the website, or else we would not have hauled all of it down from GA! Otherwise wonderful.

Great Fall Break in Seagrove!

Beautiful home right across the street from the beach. The house was very clean and kitchen was well equipped so we could cook a few meals. Quick bike ride to Seaside. We didn't really use the pool but it looked nice. Would definitely stay here again!!

this is a great house. right across the street from the Andalusia beach access. great beds, house, kitchen, the works. Highly recommend. The property manager is very quick to respond and resolved a few things for us quickly. Very professional and would stay with them again.

Review of Sugar Magnolia

This was our second time to stay at Sugar Magnolia. The space is the perfect size for our family. The beach is basically across the street making it the perfect location. The "hub" is within walking and biking distance as well. Also, the private pool is the icing on the cake. It is the perfect way to unwind. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations!!

This place is absolutely beautiful and so well kept. We had some trouble finding it with our GPS so I had to call the emergency number and the person who answered was extremely helpful and I was able to find it with the directions he gave me. The privacy offered by the beautiful trees was perfect, and the place was super close to the beach. We had the pool heated and it was nice and warm when we arrived.

Perfect place - beach in the front and pool in the back! Place was lovely and had all necessary amenities. Only complaint ( entirely out of the control of the renter, was the red tide... made being on the beach really hard - but that's where the wonderful pool came in handy)

Home was clean and comfortable with good beds. Loved the private pool and deck in the back. Secluded within the scrub oaks and relaxed among them in my camping hammock. The only negative was the 30A traffic noise, but only heard it when on the upstairs front deck.

A Treasure on 30A

We booked this property over a year ago and it was PERFECT for our family. We had my parents in one bedroom, me and my husband in one and our two kids (6 and 3) in the bunks in the other room. The bedroom downstairs is connected to the bunk room thru a jack and Jill bath which worked out great for our family. The door to the pool was thru our bedroom, which we thought was weird at first, but it turned out to make everything super easy! The kids wanted to swim as soon as they woke up each day and this made the pool and the many changes of clothes very easy without distributing our parents upstairs. It was a great location on 30A directly across from the beach and just a mile from Seaside. Our kids are not old enough to spend the whole day on the beach, so the quick golf cart drive across to the public beach was great for us. A golf cart rental is also a must. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice items and even kids plates and bowls, which was great. Both bathrooms also had multiple soft nice bath towels which was wonderful. This house was wonderful and we will stay there again for sure!

Great location super cute cottage

We had a great time at this house. Such a cute setting in the trees and super close to the beach. Was an easy 3 min walk even with little kids in tow. It was a little chilly during our trip but the heated pool was amazingly warm for us to use. If I had any suggestion at all it would just be that the blinds on the ground floor could offer more privacy as you can sort of see through them. We would rent this house again without question. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were all super comfortable.

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our trip. We have two small kids and traveled with my parents as well and it was spacious enough for everyone. We loved the location (perfect beach access) and the private pool. Only complaints are the blinds in the rooms are totally see-through so we couldn’t change in our rooms and it woke our kids early (recommend some light blocking curtains); and the stairs are treacherous for littles so we had to put the bench from the primary bedroom in front of them to block our kids in. Recommend some gates to make it more family friendly! Not a complaint per se but I wish both bedrooms had king sized beds! :) We rented through Vacayzen a golf cart and bikes with a carrier. Everything was dropped off and picked up from the house so check in and check out was a breeze. We also paid extra to have the pool heated and it was so lovely! We will definitely be back and have already had friends ask us for this link! Thank you for a perfect trip!

Great place close to beach

I loved this place. Great location close to the beach entry. Easy to get to on the street. Great pool size in the back. Enjoyed the shade in the evening and the sounds of nature at night. Lovely place with open floor plans. My girls loved the bunk beds and the nature around the place. We rode the bikes provided daily to see the town.

The property was clean and as advertised. Everything worked properly with the exception of the internet access. Someone had disconnected a cable coming into the router and it took us a while to find the problem. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.
