A unique Laguna Beach vacation rental property. Beautiful and charming Victorian home with Ocean, Catalina Island, canyons and southern California coastal views. It has a lush tropical backyard with a BBQ grill, a fully equipped kitchen. It has the feel of an East Coast Bed and Breakfast with 21st century technology (60' flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom with a cable subscription and broadband wireless). There is a community pool only a 5 min drive away and the beach is walking distance. There are also two Worldclass ocean view golf courses (Pelican Hill & Monarch Beach) within a fifteen minute drive. Wonderful home to gather friends and family.

This rental house was our primary residence for 27 years. I am originally from Long Island, NY and moved to So. CA after I got out of the Army. My wife is from Canada. I retired in 2020 and my wife and I are planning to spend most of out time in Tennessee going forward.
Why they chose this property
Newly remodeled and updated beautiful, peaceful and cozy home and gathering place with ocean or canyon views from many of the rooms. Exquisite master bedroom suite with a fireplace and multiple sitting areas with ocean and coastal views. Great as a couple retreat or for a family gathering.

Multiple outdoor entertaining and eating areas in both a garden setting or canyon and/or ocean views.
