It's just 1 block from Frisco's lively Main Street with shops and restaurants. The living room is large and includes an HDTV, fireplace, and large picture windows that offer bright sunlight all day. 10 minutes to Copper MTN Ski, and 15 minutes to other close resorts!

The living room is very spacious and bright with lots of plants to make the decor really stand out. It has a nice fireplace to keep the entire place warm. It is gas, so you don't have to worry about keeping wood burning in it.

Awesome Home

My wife, dog, and I stayed for a week of skiing. The place couldn’t have been any better for us. They location was ideal, being one block off Main Street. And the property manager was super accommodating as there was an issue with the lock to the property. He was out that day to replace it for us. We couldn’t have been happier. We will definitely stay again.

Obviously once loved but....

This property has a great outdoor space and is very dog friendly. The location in Frisco is amazing. Downtown is right out the front door. Unfortunately the home is in need of care. It was not recently renovated. The furniture is quite old, uncomfortable (with the exception of the bed) and could use some reupholstering. The light in the bathroom was barely attached to the ceiling. The refrigerator is quite loud, which you could get used to if it were not regularly interrupted by the roaring clunky heater and the constant crackle of electricity in the bedroom. When we arrived (2 hours after check in) a person was in the home. The manager was excellent and responded quickly by calling the owner to find out what was going on. Apparently an owner was inside but left after we called. Upon entering we figured out why. The home reeked of disinfectant. (That is what we assume it was) The windows were open in several rooms, possibly to air out the house since it was cold out when we arrived so the windows should have been closed. The smell was powerfully strong. Clearly the owner knew this was a problem as they took the time to open the windows. The smell gave us headaches and only slightly faded as time went by. Several cars were parked around the home. We were told they would stay there. We did have room to park but cars moved in and out while we were there, including at night. We know this because headlights entered the bedroom while we were sleeping. The home itself could be cute. We were happy to donate salt and pepper and tinfoil. The lack of coffee filters turned out to be fine as we discovered and were able to support a local coffee shop. Unfortunately the sounds and smells caused us to leave a day early. We paid top dollar for this rental. It was over a holiday which we know cost more. However, we were disappointed. The home either needs a lot of love and attention or to cost significantly less per night.
