Vacances paisibles à Sainte Marie
Super communication avec les propriétaires et super accueil part les gérants de la conciergerie.La maison est superbe et très spacieuse, nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 2 semaines. La plage est a une dizaine de minute à pied ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement.

La maison est telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Elle présente tout le confort moderne et bénéficie d'une domotique haut de gamme. Le tout pour un prix défiant toute concurrence, même hôtelière, à cette période de l'année. Merci !

Sehr schöne, moderne Villa, nah am Meer
Wir waren sehr gerne in einem Haus und haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Die Villa ist neu und modern ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist beheizt und zu Meer ist es nicht weit.

Maison très bien située près de la plage et commerces. Sainte Marie la mer est très agréable et visites des environs a faire. Pas très loin de l'espace pour déguster une paella et Carcassonne pour son fameux cassoulet authentique dans la cité médiévale. La décoration de la maison c'est très élégante la piscine est vraiment impeccable avec l'entretien au top. Nous conseillons.

excellent séjour à Sainte-Marie
La maison était en état parfaite, comme décrit dans l'annonce. Il n'y avait rien qui a manqué. Le boulanger, le parc pour les promenades (avec le chien), balade à vélo, les restaurants, la plage et les petites épiceries ont été joignables à pied (5 à 10 minutes). On a passé une superbe belle semaine :-)

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier zu Gast. Unsere Kinder lieben den großen Pool und es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigt. Die Gastgeberin hat sich toll um alle Anliegen vor und während des Aufenthaltes gekümmert. Alles prima!

Das Haus ist klasse. Sehr viel Platz, sehr schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Bierzapfanlage, Musikanlage, Kaffevollautomat, alles an Küchenutensilien die man benötigt .... ). Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Alles war bestens organisiert. Schon der Empfang war klasse. Wir sind sehr freundlich von dem Servicemitarbeiter empfangen worden und haben eine komplette Einführung/Erklärung vom gesamten Haus erhalten. Total schön eingerichtet und schön durchdachtes Lichtkonzept. Die Vermieterin Julie ist super nett. Wir hatten 1-2 Fragen und Sie hat gleich geholfen. Sehr bemüht. Wir sind schon viel rumgekommen und viel gereist, ich weiß das Haus, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit deshalb sehr zu schätzen und würde dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Licht mit viel Schatten
Das Haus ist von außen inkl. Pool und Garten und in vielen Ausstattungsdetails (u. a. Kaffeevollautomat, Bierfass zum selbst zapfen, Bose-Bluetooth-Box) schon toll gemacht. Wer zum Fernsehen hierher kommt, der wird sich eventuell für die 5 TV-Geräte begeistern. Leider wirken einige Möbel (Sofa und Kopfenden der Betten aus Europaletten, Küchenschränke ohne Griffe – insbesondere beim Kühlschrank ein Unding) eher billig. Und das trifft auch größtenteils auf das Innenleben der Schränke zu. Sämtliches Geschirr, Besteck, Küchenwerkzeuge, Töpfe etc. scheinen vom Trödelmarkt oder aus Haushaltsauflösungen zu stammen. Das passt weder zur Optik des Hauses noch zum Mietpreis. Apropos Mietpreis: Dass darin weder Handtücher oder Bettwäsche noch die Endreinigung enthalten sind, erwartet der Mieter eines solchen teuren Hauses (1.600 € pro Woche in der Nachsaison) nicht. Dass diese im Buchungsprozess nicht einmal optional angeboten werden, führt dann später zu unschönen Überraschungen. Zum Glück wurden uns von den Concierges bieder Hausübergabe nach entsprechendem Protest noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche besorgt. Wenn man dann schon 220 € für die Endreinigung bezahlt, darf man auch erwarten, dass man das Haus selbst in einem sauberen und hygienischen Zustand übernimmt. Leider war der Kaffeevollautomat voller verschimmelter Kaffeereste. Der wurde wohl nach der letzten Kaffeezubereitung nicht gereinigt und dann ein paar Wochen nicht benutzt, ekelhaft. Da war das Dauerblinken des Entkalkungshinweises der Maschine auch nur noch ein Schulterzucken wert. Entkalkungsmaterial für die Maschine gab es jedenfalls nicht im Haus. Für unseren Geschmack wurde zu viel in elektronisch zweifelhafte Spielereien wie multifunktionale digitale Lichtschalter investiert. Stattdessen wäre eine automatische Bewässerung der Pflanzen im Garten sinnvoller gewesen. Dann bräuchte man sich nicht über den Hinweis wundern, dass man als Mieter selbst diese Pflanzen aller 2 Tage gießen soll. Dass derzeit eine Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück ist, wurde leider auch nicht im Vorfeld kommuniziert. Alles in allem eigentlich ein nettes Haus mit viel Potenzial, was leider in vielen Details nicht den hohen Erwartungen bei einem solchen Preis entspricht.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans la villa Toméva. une maison moderne très bien équipée, idéalement située à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Le site permet aussi de nombreuses excursions tant vers la mer que la montagne.

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus in Sainte-Marie-la-Mer
Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit zwei Kindern und unserem kleinen Hund hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr groß, modern und der Pool ist wirklich klasse! Zum Strand geht es am besten mit Auto (gerade mit viel Gepäck). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt es auch im Umkreis und sind teilweise nur 5min zu Fuss entfernt. Wir waren rund um zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Haus
Ein sehr schönes Haus! Lage ist auch super! 10 min bis zum Strand ( zu Fuß) oder 1 min mit dem Auto (kostenlose Parkplätze am Strand). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch jede Menge. Zum Haus super modern mit Induktion Herd, Backofen , Microwelle Kaffeevollautomat, Bierzapfanlage... 3 Toilette 3 duschen 1 Badewanne und ein riesen Pool der 28 grad hat :) Grundstück hat jede Menge sonne und die Klima Anlage im ganzen Haus ist Gold wert :)

Magnifique !
Très belle maison, moderne et bien équipée, située dans un quartier calme à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et 5 minutes des commerces et restaurants. L’accueil était très sympathique. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréable. La literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons bien dormi. Il y a la clim, un deuxième frigo pour les boissons, des jeux de piscine, une machine à café de qualité, une plancha, une pompe à bière, … Bref, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Nous avons très envie d’y retourner.

Quartier calme proche de la mer
Villa neuve avec toutes les commodités à l’intérieur et très agréable piscine juste à côté de la terrasse. Quartier résidentiel, donc calme.
