As a couple or a family, for holidays or just for a weekend, this apartment has everything you need to make the most of the moment.

The apartment is located in the charming little seaside resort of Bray-Dunes, just a step away from the beach. Nearby you will find the Dune du Perroquet, the Museum "Le mur du Nord", a World War II Blockhouse and the Dune du Marchand.

Located on the second floor of the building, the apartment is composed of two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a convivial table for family meals, an equipped kitchen and a small balcony with sea view.

One bedroom with a double bed, and the other bedroom with two single beds.

Access to the apartment is by stairs only.

For your comfort, sit facing the TV in one of the two RELAX armchairs with reclining footrest.

The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, an oven, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob.

petit séjour de 3 jours bray dunes

agréable séjour, balades au bord de la mer,visite du musée de la guerre dunkerque; beaucoup de magasin de souvenir super sympa également des petites restauration rapide ouvert toute la semaine ainsi que carrefour contact a 15 mn a pied très pratique

De ligging is een 9, de communicatie ook, omdat het een erg oud gebouw is komt er een vieze lucht tegemoet wanneer je de hal binnenkomt. Ook in het appartement hangt een muffe lucht. De muren zijn deels beschimmelt. Mijn kinderen durfden niet te slapen hier. Ik ook niet. Zo jammer, wij hebben in de camper van mijn ouders geslapen. Mijn ouders in het appartement, we hadden meteen naar huis gereden als deze mogelijkheid er niet was. de hygiëne is een 3.

Lage top, Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen

Der Check in war etwas schwierig da uns leider niemand erklärt hat wo u. Bsp die Mülltonnen stehen und wie alles funktioniert. Die Betten sind nicht wie beschrieben 2 Einzelbetten und ein Doppelbett sondern 2 Doppelbetten so das wir erst noch ein Bettlaken kaufen mussten. Die Wohing ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber für einen kurzen Urlaub ohne große Ansprüche völlig ok. Schade das man als schlechter Gast bewertet wird wenn man die Wohing Besenrein und mit sauberen Oberflächen verlässt.

Petit appartement sympa (seuls bémols : salle de bain très exiguë , pas de lave vaisselle, fauteuils relax à la place d un divan et deuxième étage sans ascenceur) Très bon contact avec la propriétaire 👍 Un emplacement idéal pour accéder immédiatement à la plage. 👍👍👍

Bon séjour malgré les conditions météo. Cependant quelques soucis pour récupérer la clef. Impossible de contacter le propriétaire, ne disposant de son numéro de tél. En ce qui concerner le logement il est à remarquer l’exiguïté de ce la salle d'eau ne possédant pas de lavabo mais un lave mains difficilement accessible!!!

Beste Lage am Strand, Apartment leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Der Aufenthalt in Bray Dunes war spitze ! Der Check in und alles darum herum waren easy und gut durchdacht. Leider versprechen die Fotos mehr, als das Apartment am Ende hält. Das Haus ist etwas abgewohnt und auch die einzelnen Zimmer im Apartment selber sind renovierungsbedürftig. Das Wohnzimmer geht, die Toilette und Dusche dagegen hätten dringend nen Update nötig. Für einen Kurzurlaub am Strand ist das Apartment aber unschlagbar. 25 Meter zur Strandpromenade, der Bäcker um die Ecke und die Fritten Bude „chez Norbert“ keine 100 Meter entfernt, lassen die Toilette schnell vergessen. Wenn das Bad und die Toilette renoviert sind, würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Perfekte Lage

Der Aufenthalt war zwar sehr kurz aber auch schön. Die Lage ist perfekt, im Ort selbst gibt es Supermärkte. die typischen Souvenirläden, Restaurants und der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Parkplätze gab es auch direkt vor der Türe und auch umsonst. Handtücher zum Geschirr abtrocknen waren leider nicht vorhanden gab es aber im Supermarkt. Ein Wasserkocher war leider nicht vorhanden haben wir jedoch für ein paar Euro im Supermarkt gekauft und auch dort gelassen für die nächsten Besucher. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich beim Schreiben. Was uns leider aufgefallen ist, dass die Wände in den Schlafzimmern etwas feucht waren. Vielleicht wird dies ja noch behoben. Ich würde die Wohnung trotzdem weiter empfehlen und würde selbst auch nochmal her fahren.

Wir hatten ein oaar wunderschöne Tage in Bray-Dunes. Uns hat die Umgebung und die Nähe zum Strand sehr gefallen. Auch mit 2 Kleinkindern, ist das Apartment hervorragend nutzbar.

Emplacement superb, vraiment, deux pas de la plage...

Il faut achete comme moi ou prendre de la maison, des oreilles, des draps, des covertures, aussi attention avec les pobelles, il faut le faire jette sur les poubeles public, sur la route....un peux de renovation dans l appart ca ne derange pas a personne....mais pour un peux de solail pour le mois d avril, je peux dire que c etait en gros, ok....quand meme je recomand, la gerant etait gentille....on a bien comunique....je reviendrais avec plaisire si la gerant sera pas fachere sur moi, pour mes comentaires....

Osterferien 2023

Wir haben einige Tage in den Osterferien in Bray Dunes verbracht.Mit 2 Erwachsenen,2 Kindern (7 und 11 Jahre) und Hund. Der Ort ist schön,nicht überlaufen eher ein wenig verschlafen 😉 Man findet aber alles,was man braucht (Supermarkt,einige Restaurants) in der Nähe der Unterkunft.Die Bäckerei ist direkt um die Ecke. Der Strand ist ein Traum und die Wohnung punktet mit der traumhaften Lage direkt am Meer (Meerblick vom Balkon). Man darf hier nicht den Standard erwarten,den man vielleicht von deutschen Vermietern bzw Ferienwohnungen in Deutschland gewöhnt ist.Hier ist alles sehr einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für ein paar erholsame Tage am Meer aber durchaus ausreichend.

Bonne situation mais…

L’appartement est très bien situé mais…l’annonce ne montre pas avec assez de précision la petitesse de la salle de bain. Je doute aussi que les normes de sécurité électriques soient respectées.L’ensemble est très propre mais humide (nous sommes-nous en mars cela explique.la récupération dés clés un peu brouillon . Mais nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dehors et ne tenons pas rigueur à la propriétaire pour ces quelques désagréments.

Situation très proche de la mer permettant de tout faire sans voiture

Cadre super . L’appartement est au 2eme d’un petit immeuble commençant à dater. La partie Douche + WC est à moderniser. Pas de Salle de bain. Le verrou de la porte de l’appartement a été monté à l’envers. Pour entrer, il faut le fermer. Mais la situation compense un peu les désagréments.
