This house sits on a giant corner lot, this one-of-a-kind home was designed so that you can enjoy Ocean views from your wrap around balcony where you can listen to the waves. This house has been completely updated and remodeled. The master bathroom designed for the perfect spa feel after long day at the beach. Throughout the house all new porcelain tile and engineered hardwood. The kitchen is a chefs dream with high end appliances and quartz countertops all while being able to watch the ocean when making breakfast. This house offers a private entrance to the beach. Still close to nightlife downtown yet far enough away from the hustle. Enjoy the beach the during the day then shower off and take a short drive to amazing restaurants all within 5 miles. Fish , Surf , Golf , you name it all within a minutes.
