Great location!

We really enjoyed our stayed! Very clean and perfect location! We loved how the beach was close to the condo so we didn’t have to walk far! Our favorite spot was the balcony! We ate out there multiple times! The kids thought that was real special! Only recommendations would be black out curtain for the room and for the kitchen sink to have hotter water. Can’t wait to go back again! 💜

The room upon arrival was filthy.The AC unit did not work properly for the entire trip.Condo hasn’t been updated in years! Very disappointed!! I should receive some amount of a refund back. Very very poor condition.

Great location

We had the best time and an incredible view. We met so many nice people. The beach in front of the property was pretty busy but we always found a spot close by and everyone was very willing to share. Would definitely stay again

There was several things broke door knob smashed and dirty dishes in the cabinet. Then u would hear a lot of the people next door till almost midnight made it heard to sleep.

Although we were only there for 4 nights, we really loved this condo! The room was clean and was very well stocked with anything that we may need. We couldn’t have been happier with the Royal Palms building and the location. We would definitely stay again for an extended stay next time!

Cozy Condo

We loved the condo. I loved the decor and the view from the balcony is amazing. The pools were both very nice and the beach is very close, which is great for anyone who cannot walk long distances. It was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect location!

Very comfy place for our family! On the calmer end of the strip so super easy to access a chill beach but also could take backroads to the busier restaurant area a couple miles down. Loved the pool when the kids were tired of the beach. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great Place to Unwind

Great place! Property was clean and secure. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything our family of 4 needed. Both pools on-site were clean, clear and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better and the walk out to the beach from the building was short. It’s adjacency to the state park meant lighter crowds on the beach. Just a short drive to the heart of Gulf Shores and the various restaurants & shops, and a short drive in the other direction to Orange Beach. The property manager (Liquid Life) made the check-in process seamless and maintained contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for years, and this was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had.

Everything was great except the sliding door to the balcony would not lock. Not much of an issue. Don’t think anyone would come in that way anyway and we had no small children. 😀loved the location.

Definite cleaning and updating needed!

Big dirt splotch on kitchen floor; all vents full of dirt and dust; drawers & dishes were not clean; rusted shelves in freezer; furniture & rug old; something ran loud throughout the night; light from outside hall made it difficult to sleep with the bedroom being too bright - even with shades drawn; fan in master bath was extremely loud; a can of white paint could really make a difference on the floor molding; had to buy paper cups and plates as the dishes were just not clean. This was one of the smallest units we have ever stayed in. Would not use the washer, dryer or dishwasher as we didn't trust how dirty that might be. To be charged such a large amount for housekeeping and to find it so dirty - we definitely would not return. We also felt that we should not have been charged for parking as we only had one vehicle. The only positive was the balcony, which was of nice size and oceanfront.
