The property:

Small authentic Corsican house located 30 minutes from BASTIA airport; 10 minutes walk from St Florent town centre; 15 minutes walk from the beach.
Direct view of the Nebbio Cathedral, one of the most visited monuments in Corsica.
This small typical Corsican house is ideal for a couple with 2 children.
It has been completely renovated; It is composed of a living room and an equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom on the 1st floor with double bed and a bedroom with 2 twin beds on the 2nd floor; Bathroom with shower and double washbasin.
Independent WC
Small garden, terrace and private swimming pool secured for children.
Family advantage: swimming pool adapted to children as it is secured.

Extra charge of 150 € for cleaning and linen hire (sheets, towels, bath towels etc...).
The accommodation is completely disinfected between each rental.

Très beau et bon séjour à Saint Florent

Jolie petite maison typique du cap Corse propre et très bien équipé. Les chambres et literie confortables, au calme tout en étant à 10 min à pied du centre-ville de Saint-Florent. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette superbe région. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Auréli, par sa gentillesse et sont sens du service qui nous a accueillies. à recommander

Un super séjour dans un cadre charmant et très typique

Nichée au milieu d'un petit hameau, la maison est parfaite pour tout faire à pied dans St Florent et est un très bon point de départ pour sillonner du Cap Corse à Calvi. La maison est très bien entretenue, très bien décorée et bénéficie de tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances en famille. Une adresse à recommander .

Beau séjour

Jolie maison propre et confortable. Belle situation dans Saint Florent, dommage que le chemin d’accès soit peu entretenu ( le propriétaire n’en est cependant pas responsable). Literie confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Jardin et piscine petits mais agréables. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain qui mériterait d’être rafraîchie.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige ist da. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zu Fuß ist man in kürzester Zeit im Ort. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war wohl in Englisch nicht möglich. Bei der Anreise wurden wir mit zusätzlichen Kosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche überrascht. Nach etwas Suchen haben wir die Info dazu auch auf der Internetpräsenz gefunden. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und danken für die freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison très bien équipée.A proximité de St Florent!Proche du centre ville et en même temps au calme!Le seul gros point noir pour nous c est la chaleur dans les chambres et également le salon de jardin qui n est pas super confortable dehors (table et chaises en plastique).Mais le reste de l’immobilier est tout à fait parfait !

Petite maison authentique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison à la décoration soignée et parfaitement équipée L’accueil était au top Les moustiquaires sont un plus , permettant la nuit de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour faire rentrée la fraîcheur sans avoir les nuisances des moustiques Tout est à proximité ( 5 minutes à pied ) , le calme est un vrai plus Location à recommander sans hésitation

Une maison de charme à la décoration soignée et contemporaine! On adore! Avec l'accueil professionnel d'Aurélia, nous nous sommes sentis merveilleusement bien! La piscine rien que pour nous le rêve, le terrain spacieux et clôturé est propice à la détente. L'accès à pied au port est très rapide et simple. Recommandons les yeux fermés

Séjour formidable dans cette ancienne maison meublée avec gout. Il n y a pas la climatisation mais il fait malgré tout très bon, les murs sont très épais. Petite piscine très agréable et sécurisé. C était TOP

Excellent sejour

Cette ancienne maison de ville restauree avec beaucoup de goût est très tres agréable. Le jardin, la piscine, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Saint-Florent et de la plage tout en étant très au calme. L'accueil est très sympathique et merci beaucoup à Aurélia et aux propriétaires souhaitant toujours nous satisfaire. Je recommande vivement nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Très jolie maison qui a gardé le charme des pierres corse Petite piscine très agréable et bien agencée Maison bien équipée Pas de climatisation mais des ventilos à disposition (un peu chaud quand même surtout dans la chambre tout en haut) Très bien située, à 10 min à pieds du centre ville Très calme
