Everything was clean and tidy. We all enjoyed the time at the cabin. We made almost all our meals there and the management company provided us with extra Landry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. We noticed a few wasps in the home and a wasp nest by the door.
Amazing amount of rain during trip and one room had numerous leaks. Few broken items such as toilet seat in upstairs and broken towel rack. Overall enjoyed the property.
Lovely cabin, clean, neat, comfortable! Our 82 year old father was able to get around in the cabin well with his cane and loved it.

Beautiful place .
The stay was magnificent, the place was spectacular, we loved the decoration. The only complaint is the communication that there was for access to the property.. we had to make different calls so that they could tell us that we had to pick up the keys in a different place. This was the only issue .. other than that I recommend this place 100%
The cabin was in a nice, quiet area, the rental staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a great time visiting the gorge and hiking. Great views if you hike all the way down the ravine behind the cabin, or down the end of the road below too.
Kayaking under the gorge was conveniently at the bottom of the hill (a must do on your trip)!
Overall the cabin was great. Nice location and a well maintained property. Note there were some asks from the management company that were onerous (e.g. they wanted us to pack the garbage into our car to take it back to the office a few miles away.
Location is perfect, close to everything. So great if traveling with a big family and wanting to do things other than just hike. That being said, it has a neighborhood feel in the early evening lots of kids running around playing. The house could sleep 8, but no way could 8 people sit in the family together. One couch, and 2 very uncomfortable chairs. Hot tub holds 4 adults, barely. Patio furniture needs replaced. The pillows need replaced. The kitchen area is large and lots of room for game night. Little expensive for the condition.
The Meadow View Cabin was in a perfect location to explore the RRG area. It was clean with big bathrooms and bedrooms. The living room was small compared to the rest of the cabin, but worked ok for our group. The kitchen provided ample space to prepare and enjoy meals. We were surprised with the limited availability of steak and cutting knives which made for an interesting steak dinner. But, there was plenty of pots and pans and a nicely stocked cabinet with kitchen essentials.

Nice house but could use a few things.
I assumed the office to get the key was in the same neighborhood. I was wrong. It took us an hour to figure it out and get a key. The water pressure is terrible. Barely any hot water for a shower. The mattresses are hard as a rock. Some dishes seriously need replaced. The house itself is very nice and the neighbors were friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay but next time we'll look for a place with a decent shower and mattress.
Clean nice house. Good location. Hot tub and deck were dirty and furniture broken down.
Our stay was really nice. Everything felt adaquetely clean and the location really close to great hiking. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant.Things that could see improvement: 1) The hot tub. We had hoped to enjoy that every night but it was smelly and dirty. 2) The back deck. Broken down furniture and dirty. 3) Water pressure/water heater temp was inadequet for showers. 4) Kitchen had ants.

Nice layout but there were issues
The layout of the cabin was very nice. However, there was a roof leak in the queen bedroom in 2 spots when it rained. Also, we noticed when we arrived that the trash bin was full so we notified the office and they said someone would be out that day to empty it. No one came and we called a couple of days later they apologized and said someone would be out that day again and no one came. Finally, the floors of the cabin were very dusty underneath the beds and furniture as if they’ve never been vacuumed.
I stayed with my bridesmaids for the days surrounding my wedding. The accommodations were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was lovely, clean and easily accessible.

Great location, cozy cabin
In addition, although the outdoor temp during our stay was unexpectedly cold (<25 degrees), temperature regulation between upstairs and the add on bedroom was a challenge - too hot to too cold. Hot water in the showers was also limited.
We had a delightful girls weekend! There is the perfect amount of space and a perfect location to almost anything you'd want to do in the Red River Gorge. We would happily come back again!

The towels were in the dryer which that’s fine and one of the chairs to the deck was broken my mom almost fell off it
It was actually better than expected just going off the pictures. But the cleaning person was not thorough at all. Used items were left in bathroom cupboards that should not have been left for anyone else to use or even touch. Toilet seat was gross. Food was left in the freezer.
We enjoyed the cabin, it was very near the Gorge Underground. Also it was very rooomy for all 7 of us. The kids had a yard to run around in when we weren’t hiking. This kitchen was very spacious as well as the rooms. I would book this again!
Great place....could use blackout curtains unless you want to wake at 6:00AM. Shower pressure is a little weak.
Bring a Brita filter or bottled water, the tap is a little on the Sulphur side.
Still great place. We'll return.
