ESTANCIA PERFECTA PARA VACACIONES DE VERANO

Nos gustó mucho el lugar ya que está un poco apartado del pueblo y hay mucha tranquilidad. La estancia tiene todo lo necesario tanto en cocina y como toallas y ropa de cama. Está muy limpia incluso dispone de aire acondicionado en el comedor, las camas son cómodas para dormir. Incluso dispone de 2 sillas para la playa y sombrilla. La piscina es perfecta y la playa está muy cerca, lo único que es de graba, la de arena está en el mismo pueblo y ya hay que ir con coche. Jose siempre estuvo en comunicación con nosotros, puntual y servicial, le damos las gracias por su atención, así como a Cristina atenta y simpática.

Unser Sommerurlaub

Unsere Zeit indem Appartement war eigentlich sehr schön. Wir sind zu viert da gewesen U vom Platz her hat es vollkommene ausgereicht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet U hatte sogar eine Spülmaschine 😅. Auf dem Balkon konnte man sehr schön sitzen U essen. Der Gemeinschaftspool war auch super U manchmal waren wir auch ganz alleine dort. Der Weg zum Strand dauerte nur paar Minuten U sämtliche Einkaufsläden sind auch nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief über WhatsApp was auch super geklappt hat. Er war immer nett U hilfbereit. Ein paar Punkte haben uns jedoch etwas gestört U zwar das schräg unter uns ein Restaurant war was dann typisch spanisch bis spät abends auf hatte. Es sind auch sehr viele Wohnungen in diesem Bereich U natürlich Balkone der anderen Gebäude die einen auf den Teller gucken konnten U teilweise war es echt sehr laut. Es gab zur Wohnung einen Platz in der Tiefgarage was echt super war aber es war doch sehr eng U für große Autos könnte es eng werden, das sollte man wissen wenn man da seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Ansonsten war es wie gesagt echt gut u die Gegend auch sehr schön.

Muy buena opción en Villajoyosa

Muy buen apartamento, con todo lo necesario, cómodo, con garaje subterráneo. Vista lateral al mar, con gran terraza. Habitación principal con baño en suite y terraza con vistas. Cocina equipada con todo. Tiene 2 sillas de playa y sombrilla. El acceso a la playa es a través de una escalera pronunciada, con lo cual para una persona con movilidad reducida se hace difícil. La playa es tranquila y no está masificada. Lo ideal es moverse, como está cerca de los principales pueblos de la zona es aconsejable hacerlo. Mención especial para Cristina, ya que es la persona que se encargó de recibirnos. Muy maja, da gusto tratar con personas así.

Frigorífico en mal estado

Como vivienda el apartamento está bien, es amplio. Estamos muy descontentos con el problema que tuvimos con el frigorífico que no enfría nada y el propietario no nos dio ninguna solución, la única solución que nos dio fue que la persona encargada de entregar las llaves la diésemos la comida y que nos la trajera todos los días, cosa que no aceptamos ya que no creemos que fuese la solución correcta y no nos volvió a preguntar. A todo esto tuvimos que tirar comida porque en 13 días que hemos estado no nos ha solucionado nada. El ambiente en la zona no existe, solo hay un bar y la playa que está al lado es de piedras.
