Wander through the Historical Park and learn about the rich mining history and stay for live music in the park during the Summer months. The Frisco Bay Marina is only three blocks away, where you can rent a boat or kayak for a day on the water or have a picnic at the beach. There are a number of hiking and biking trails in the immediate area, as well as many places to rent bikes to cruise the miles of recreation path. In the winter, take advantage of Copper Mountain, Keystone Resort, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin, all within 15 miles for all of your skiing needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
