Le logement correspond bien au descriptif , suffisamment équipé pour des vacances .Les propriétaires sont présents et flexibles pour la remise des clés . De plus , ils ont été disponibles par téléphone durant notre séjour.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Ideal ist, das zu der Wohnung ein Parkplatz gehört. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage. Für Gepäck kann man den Aufzug nutzen. Man sollte sich das aber erklären lassen. Der Gastgeber spricht etwas Englisch

Contact, emplacement, une semaine très agréable.
Des randos sans utiliser la voiture garée sur le parking réservé, courses au port, au marché, au supermarché à pied, plage de Paulilhes proche... une semaine réussie.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Port Vendres. Bonne situation entre Collioure et Banyuls sur Mer, pour de belles randonnées sur le sentier du littoral. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du port, des transports en communs avec une belle vue sur la Méditerranée Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et accueillant.

Un vrai bonheur
Nous avons décidé de passer quelques jours à Port-Vendres pour nous reposer et profiter des promenades avec nos deux petits chiens aux alentours. Notre Hôte François a vraiment tout prévu pour que notre séjour se passe merveilleusement bien. Dans l'appartement tout est calculé pour que nous nous sentions bien comme chez nous... Bref, rien ne manque tous les ustensiles sont présents et même des petits plus que nous n'avons rencontré nulle part ailleurs, François dans sa gentillesse a le sens du détail... Pour un séjour exceptionnel malgré la pluie intense mais fréquente en cette saison pour une journée sur les trois, mais là notre hôte n'y pouvait rien. Du repos réparateur grâce à une literie de qualité et une propreté irréprochable... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lovely place with sea sight
I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely place. The host gave me a warm welcome and picked me up at the train station, so I hadn‘t to walk the 10 minutes with all my luggage. That was very kind. At first I was amazed by the beautiful view at the harbour. The location is pretty nice for travelers by foot with the train station in a 10 minute walking distance, the harbour could be reached in under 5 minutes. By taking the train or bus you can get to other nice villages in a few minutes. Even while travelling alone I felt very comfortable and safe in this place and area. Thanks to François for the pleasant stay!

Gîte en bord de mer confortable
François est un hôte charmant. Il nous a fait un résumé des commodités et curiosités de Port-Vendres et des environs, plages et moyens de transport. Son appartement au 1er étage est assez grand pour 2 personnes, très propre, climatisé, à l'équipement très complet et offre une belle vue sur la mer. Idéal pour un séjour au calme, avec confort, pour un prix attractif.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mr Baudry ! Accueil très chaleureux. Appartement tout équipé, rien ne manque. Le logement est très bien situé, au calme ou tout peut-être fait à pied. Parfait pour découvrir la région et faire de belles randonnées. Nous recommandons !!

The little flat is fine, but a loud spinning noise in the building penetrated the entire apt, especially the bedroom! I told the owner the first day and he said other renters had mentioned it but he did not what it was. He does not live there he said nor had he ever slept there.... Apparently he did not feel responsible for this disturbance. The noise drummed on non stop 24 hours. The owner told me to check with other residents if I wanted more information; I did that and discovered it was the building ventilation which apparently acc to 2 permanent resident in 2 full time apartments at furthest ends of the building was louder that normal. They did not hear it in their apts but certainly in the stairwell. In my rental it made sleep quite problematic, and was maddening in the main room if you didn't put the Tv on or music (if your had brought something to play it) to drown out the obnoxious buzzing. I told the owner what the other residents had said and he said they should contact the 'syndic', and he would, but could not say if they would respond... He said it was not up to him to do anything.?? which as owner renting a place out for money I disagree with. Result- Nothing WAS done and after 2 nights I had a headache, was exhausted from lack of sleep, and left 1 day early. I would like to be reimbursed for a minimum of one night,, and tried to reach VRBO, BUT without internet access inthe rental it was difficult; NO WIFI.. Not only did I as paying guest have to spend my time to elucidate the noise problem, but nothing was done to stop or diminish the noise during my stay which made my vacation nerve wracking and unpleasant. I left more exhausted than when arrived, and had to cut short my stay and change travel due to the annoyance. Lastly on owner communication, I was organized to leave Wed 11/9 by train at 12:30PM . Owner wanted the place vacated by 10 am, which I agreed to, but asked if I could leave my baggage for 2 hours 10 am-12 noon. He adamantly refused and said vacating the premises meant taking my personal belongings. Being on foot & public transport I had nowhere to leave anything, which meant dragging heavy belongings for 2 hours, or merely sitting in a café without moving, since the owner I had just paid a non restful vacation stay would not allow me to leave my bags 2 MORNING hours the day of my departure!! I was stunned- if you would like proof of his words I have the text messages we exchanged (in French).

Petit appartement bien équipé et bien situé dans Port Vendres. Parfait pour 3 nuits en famille. Propriétaire très sympa et arrangeant. Bon plan pour profiter de la Côte Vermeille avec un petit budget.
